Players who remain and complete games despite a quitting teammate will also now receive points as compensation for their trouble. If a player has quit due to hardware issues outside of their control, they are free to appeal, and the appeal process has been overhauled to help expedite this. There haven’t been many better backup’s in college basketball than St John’s 6’2 PG Dylan Darling. Darling has been a standout in Big East play for St John’s where he’s averaging 8/2/2 and a steal a game in only 19 MPG, while also shooting 55% from the field. Darling is one of the best POA defenders in college basketball with an extremely high motor on the defensive end where he’s always working to make an impact and create a two way play for his team.
