ESPN’s contract is with the SEC. Dan Lanning: “That’s how it works. Let’s not pretend it doesn’t work different than that.” Also, a message for three-loss teams whining and complaining: “They can’t deny you if you just win… If you lose three games, shame on you.” Watch:

Uh hey Dan they actually can deny you if you just win. Happened exactly 1 year ago

Dudes acting tough for having the 60th ranked SOS. Seems a bit early of a claim to just “win.” ESPN favors SEC but let’s not act like the SEC is not the toughest/best conference. Oregon hasn’t been tested outside of a mediocre Ohio State team at home. These SEC playoff teams have been tested multiple times.

Undefeated FSU

Thank God for Dan Lanning for speaking the truth.

I've used this video several times, but it's true. ESPN is no longer an "all sports" network. It has a vested interest in college athletics, and they need to promote their product over competitors.

ESPN is also a sportsbook. It lacks integrity when the sportsbook and the media collude to manipulate the College Football Playoff by replacing deserving underdog teams with underserved chalk teams.

“They can’t deny you if you just win!” 2023 FSU 13-0 ACC Champions 🏆:

Hard to take his complaint seriously when he’s backed by uncle Phil and Nike

2023 FSU was told to win out, how did that work out for them? The SEC tells themselves they are the best, but head to head shows they are like any other conference, they just have a paid for propaganda station to sell them as being different.

Yeah but if you’re a 3 loss SEC team no problem! Welcome to the ESPN Payoff Invitational! College football is broken.
