That location should never host a tournament game again if you can’t properly setup a court

@chiney "dabbles" in the NBA? Come on. She's a full-time NBA analyst for ESPN.

She’s right … but come on Portland, that is inexcusable and they shouldn’t have to put up with it

They should’ve not played. Women’s basketball want to grow the game, let’s start with some respect.

My question: why is this just now being discovered? Isn’t there someone w/the NCAA who actually CHECKS these things, BEFORE PLAY EVEN STARTS?

when the fuq has the 3 point line ever been off in the NBA... the rim is MUCH easier to fix than the paint on the court... if it was the rim I GUARANTEE there would be a delay

Chiney Ogwumike doesn’t “dabble” in the NBA, she’s a regular analyst 😂 And a current WNBA player. This is known information. She’s been a regular analyst for years.

Texas Tech coach Joey McGuire on the back and forth between him and Steve Sarkisian, wanting to play Texas: "I would love to play Texas, Texas A&M, SMU. I think it's great for the state of Texas and great for the high school coaches. That may be one of the reasons you have so many kids leaving this state. PRX invy: "I'd say I've learned a lot already. I mean, I've played more games this Kickoff alone than I did last year. So all of these games, I've learned a lot in each match and from my teammates also and from the coaches, from the losses we had before and up until now. I've learned a lot and I'm going to take it to heart and improve for the next Split."

The three-point lines are different on each side of the court in Portland for the Elite Eight. The NCAA measured pregame and confirmed one side is a different three-point length than the other. 🤦 NC State and Texas agreed to play through it. 🏀 #MarchMadness

Shams says the Bucks and Giannis are at a conflict on the 2nd half of the NBA season: "The teams making these agressive offers like Miami, NYK, GSW, and Minnesota. They're waiting for MIL to really get to the point where they're on the brink where they make these counter offers like 'we're a piece or two away and lets get this deal done'.... The Bucks are at a tipping point, there is a conflict. They are playing more and more for a draft pick the second half of the season, Giannis wants to play for a championship and play the 2nd half of the season"

DNC Chair Martin: What happened in California was the counterpunch to Texas and Greg Abbott bending the knee to Donald Trump. Now we've leveled the playing field, and now it's up to Republicans. If they continue with this nonsense of trying to unconstitutionally redistrict in Republican controlled states, we're going to meet them state by state. I'm proud of Governor Newsom and Californians for sending a message.

Steph Curry says NBA players are underpaid "I think because the way the CBA is structured right now, we can't participate in equity. And that's a big deal because it’s a partnership with ownership, the league and we're on the short term of that revenue" "The idea that we can't participate in equity while we're playing is a part of why I would say yes, we are underpaid because you want to be able to participate in that rise" "I know we're blessed to be in a position where we're playing basketball for a living, and these are the type of checks that people are earning" "Hopefully sooner than later those rules change a little bit so that players can participate more in the upside of team equity. I think we deserve it"

Vigeland: You could pay for college for all for Americans in a week with what we're spending in Iran. And you know what a lot of these young men and women who are signing up to be on the front lines, who might die in this war in Iran, are signing up for? In many ways, patriotism, a sense of duty. But also a college education, these are the choices that we have made as a country. And this is the choice that Donald Trump is making.

Natalie Portman wears an "ICE out" pin at Sundance and slams ICE brutality: "This is such a joyful community celebrating film here and we're so excited to be showing 'The Gallerist' here, but we're also at a moment in our country's history that is quite devastating," Portman said. "It's really impossible not to talk about what is happening right now and the brutality of ICE and how it has to stop immediately. But also there's a beautiful community that Americans are showing right now. They're showing up for each other, protecting each other and fighting for their freedom. It's a bittersweet moment to celebrate something we're so proud of on the backdrop of our nation in pain." Variety Studio presented by Audible

A lot of people had done a lot and sacrificed a lot for me to come here and throw the shot put." ABC 33/40 News

Here it is!! We are now to the point where anyone, even OKC fans, who watch these games then try to pretend that this is normal, will lose all credibility. The same team every night gets the benefit of every 50/50 call, and then you have calls like this that are seemingly flat-out corrupt. On this play the refs clearly weren’t going to call a tech, until Alex Caruso tells the official and signals for the tech with his hands, then you subsequently have another player (Devin Booker), in now a long list of players and coaches who are ALL saying the same thing after going against this team. How many games do we need to see where all of these weird calls happen for only ONE NBA TEAM, before we say that it’s mathematically impossible to say it’s all a coincidence?? Devin Booker compares the current NBA to the scripted WWE tonight. Is that what we want the league to become……. A joke?? We stand with the players and coaches in the NBA who’ve been bold enough to call this stuff out!! (Via Oh No He Didn't— BrickCenter)

Everything and everyone matters when you’re pursuing greatness and trying to get the most out of players on a team. We are fortunate to have the coaching staff we have. The coaches put in 2-3x the work in preparation as players. I appreciate Coach Tim Walton putting the effort into these moments to create more connection with the young guys. These moments are why these young guys go out and go all out for him. There’s lots that goes into running a team. You need all coaches and players moving in the right direction. All coaches have different styles and techniques to create connection. It’s cool that this is one of them. Ohio State Football

At the State of Unreal today, Tim says AAA is failing, spending 100's of millions and getting only 10's in return. He gives his theories: - Games are social now. "creating a massive advantage for big games and big ecosystems, um, because game with a lot of players is much more likely to contain a lot of your friends. " - Game economy shifting to in-game purchases. "whether you're a fan of this or not, the arithmetic of it is undeniable. " His whole argument is that platforms like Roblox and Fornite are the future: Huge locked in gamer demographics, playing content within these games and buying things in these games. But he contrasts Epic's strategy vs Roblox. Instead of one gatekeeper, Epic wants to "change the way we build things. We're going to need to build better games, we're gonna need to build them more efficiently, and we're gonna need to design up front and build for connected games, where all of our player bases are connected socially and our economies are connected, so that players, instead of seeing these as isolated products, see them as part of, you know, a, a global ecosystem that all game developers participate in together. " To this end, Epic has open sourced Meta-Humans and Lore, their new revision control system. It's clear he want to create a network of games, all linked together, sharing content via Epic tools and technologies (but allowing for other engines).

The uniquely Texan ability to welcome new friends and new ideas has made us one of the most exciting and innovative states in the country. We're the state that put a man on the moon. We're the state that pioneered ranching and energy and computers. We're the state that gave this country Barbara Jordan, Ann Richards, LBJ and the Great Society. 🚨 AMAZING UPDATE from Texas! 🇺🇸 Patriots have been showing up in droves at the Texas State Board of Education meeting in Austin to fight back against the Islamic and Marxist organizations pushing propaganda into our children’s schools. Texas is taking on this battle. Americans are tired of the assaults on their states and our kids and children are a hard red line. They are off-limits. This is how we take back our country: patriotic Americans standing up, voices being heard, and demanding protection for our children and our state. We are organized and will KEEP showing up at every city council, every school board, and every local event across Texas. We are the eyes and ears of the community and we will not allow the takeover. I so proud of Texas today. Laura Loomer is so proud of Texas! We will not relent. Stay tuned for updates - much more to come. See the full report here:
