Bo Nickal Reveals How UFC 250 Has SHIFTED THE TIDE in the Culture War: "UFC 250 wasn't just a sporting event, it represents something much bigger than that, it represents a shift in culture that says it's ok to stand up for yourself, it's ok to fight, it's ok to have strong beliefs, and it's ok to compete. It's not the worst thing to have winners and losers, and you learn either way. We go compete, nobody gets a participation trophy, and that's real life.” “I have two young boys and I want to raise them to be great men, competitors, people who treat others well, and men of character. I think combat sports, especially fighting, are a microcosm for that."

It's OK to say you think Charles Bediako should be eligible to play college basketball. It's OK to say you don't think he should be eligible. It's not OK to say, "It's not a big deal." It's a HUGE deal, and it could determine an SEC or national championship.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness month, and one phrase I’ve heard time and time again is, “It’s ok to not be ok”… And I believe that (to a point), but there’s SO MUCH MORE!

NEWSOM: It’s about empathy, care, and compassion — those are the superpowers. If you want to talk about strength. It’s about moral authority. We’re all messy. It’s ok. That’s what it’s like to be a man, recognizing that. And to love and to be loved. We all need it. The strongest people are those that bend down on one knee and lift people up — but also those that ask for help.

Be a part of History! Vani Hari (Vani Hari) and Del Bigtree are calling on everyone who can make it to lace up, bring a sign, and march with thousands in Washington D.C. this Monday, April 27th. Because what's happening right now is not OK. It's not OK for the government to file an amicus brief at the Supreme Court on behalf of Bayer. It's not OK for an executive order to give glyphosate National Defense priority status. It's not OK for the Farm Bill to include pesticide immunity language. It's not OK to delay EPA pesticide reviews by five more years. It's not OK for state legislatures to hand pesticide companies liability shields. As Del put it: "We have to represent ourselves now. The more people that are there, the more powerful statement that we're making." This is a moment that will be remembered. Be part of it. 👉 Sign up at 👉 Take action and contact your representatives at the Take Action link on the site 👉 Grab a T-shirt to support the event - all proceeds go toward production costs We will be live-streaming the rally at starting at 9am on Monday, April 27th. Be there!

BENJAMIN COWEN WENT FROM NASA AND NUCLEAR ENGINEERING TO OVER 1.1 MILLION FOLLOWERS ANALYZING CRYPTO His advice for surviving a bear market comes down to one line: "The bears sound smart, the bulls make money." He explained the rule he repeats to himself constantly: "It's OK to be a bear in a bear market, and it's OK to be a bull in a bull market. It's not OK to remain a bear in a bull market, and it's not OK to remain a bull in a bear market." Cowen says he's been bearish on Bitcoin since late last year, but he's watching for the moment that flips. shoutout Benjamin Cowen
