Essential workers leaving Jasper now.

Lindsay - thank you so much for your work reporting on this. This is so heartbreaking for so many of us. This is my second home and we feel the loss deeply this morning.

Omg.. how awful. The fire is almost onto the town. Hoping for a miracle and for the brave firefighters to be safe.

Any updates Lindsay this morning?

You’ve probably already seen. But so far no damage to any structures within town. Some structures were lost along the Icefield Parkway- but too early and dangerous to access damages.

The big ones coming from the east. This is actually the small one. Yikes
