Rufus Du Sol’s live set at Sports Illustrated Stadium in New Jersey was incredibly underwhelming. I went in with super high expectations because their sets have never disappointed me, but this missed in so many ways. The sound was terrible, transitions weren’t good, and vocals in many instances were off beat from the instrumentals. It felt like they put effort into some tracks and not others. The show definitely had its peaks and I still had a great time with my friends, but there were a LOT of low points that seriously had me in disbelief. As for Sports Illustrated Stadium, there should never be a concert/show at this venue again. It was completely unsafe. People were rushing fences to get in. There was no order or structure whatsoever to get people into the venue. I didn’t go through any security or get my ticket checked. Ezoo 2023 vibes perhaps worse

We’re governed by psychopaths who operate with cold pragmatism, ruthless, detached and driven less by values than by outcomes. To them, people become abstractions, reduced to numbers on a balance sheet. Money is the primary metric and when wealth no longer satisfies, influence and control take its place. Take Ukraine, It is devastated, heavily dependent on external funding, even to pay basic salaries. Yet at the same time, some of its wealthiest elites, many of whom built fortunes through deals that tied the country’s assets to powerful foreign financial and corporate interests like black Rock are seen having lavish events in places like Cannes. Inviting American singers to perform for millions of dollars on their birthdays and weddings. Meanwhile, young men are being sent to fight and die. This is what people’s stupidity and ugliness looks like. And if you think it’s only Ukraine, I suggest you look in the mirror. We live in a country where Congress is powerless by chose most of them are bought out by AIPAC money. All the while, they ask you for money for war, but the profits are theirs the entire time. Now we have airline CEOs openly saying that ticket prices are higher because of fuel costs and tensions with Iran. But they also admit that when fuel prices go down, ticket prices will stay high because people are willing to pay. And then they dare to tell you that you live in capitalism. No under capitalism, you take the risk and keep the reward. That's how capitalism works. What we have in America is corporatism, you take the risk and they keep the reward! I haven’t stopped crying since I watched this. What a privilege to still feel so much pain at his loss. Dad was my hero… and a lot of other people’s too. The only reason I am ever brave is because he showed me how. Last year we lost one of the greatest men to ever live. A Major-General who went to war and was willing to die for us. Who put this country and all its people first - often ahead of the family he loved and adored. A Senator who became the most voted for individual politician in Australian history. Those who watch my tv show or read my columns will attest to the fact that I still talk about dad all the time. I’m sure some people roll their eyes at my constant references but I don’t care. His legacy will live on and what he fought for matters more now than it ever did. Someone once told me that you die twice in this life. Once when you take your final breath and the second time when people stop saying your name. Dad will never die twice on my watch - and clearly not on the watch of others as well. This 88 second video fires me up. It's a call to all dreamers who want to quit their GARBAGE jobs, retire their MOTHER, eat STEAK instead of ramen and go to sleep PROUD of who they are. I want every single person on the internet to watch and read this. The video starts with comedian Andrew Schulz in all his glory sitting on the NYC subway. He’s watching a video in some crappy comedy club on his way to Madison Square Garden. Camera zooms in on him: Jewish comic, porn star mustache, german 1920 hair cut, Frank Sinatra blaring, wearing a Puerto Rican jacket. It’s weird but it’s perfect and that’s the point. When they zoom in on his eyes, you can see he’s been through hell and back.
