Message of National Unity; 13 November: Baloch Martyrs’ Day #13NovBalochMartyrsDay Hyrbyair Marri On this sacred day, the entire Baloch nation from the mountains of Koh-e-Sulaiman to the shores of Gwadar , Kahan to Nimroz and Quetta to Chabahar bows in eternal respect to the sons and daughters of Balochistan who laid down their lives for the freedom, sovereignty, and independence of our beloved homeland. The blood of our martyrs has written the history of Balochistan in crimson ink a history of courage, resistance, and unbreakable faith in the dream of a free nation. Their sacrifices are the foundation of our struggle, their spirit is the flame that keeps our hope alive even in the darkest nights of oppression. The chains may wound our hands, But not our resolve or soul. A nation that remembers its martyrs, Can never be enslaved again. Every 13th of November, we, the 60 million proud Baloch, gather in unity and remembrance not to mourn, but to renew our pledge to carry forward the unfinished mission of our heroes. They fought not for power, but for the dignity of their people, for the freedom of generations yet unborn. Our land is sacred, our blood unbowed, From every grave, a new voice rises loud ‘Freedom for Balochistan!’ echoes the sky, Martyrs never die they multiply. Today, we salute those brave hearts who faced bullets with bare chests, who chose death over dishonor, and who gifted us a legacy that no power on earth can erase. Let us stand together united in purpose, unshaken in faith, and unstoppable in our march toward liberation. Their dream is our destiny. Their sacrifice is our sacred duty. We remember. We resist. We rise. #13NovBalochMartyrsDay ✊🏽 Republic of Balochistan

Prime Minister Masrour Barzani attended the funeral ceremony in Soran for the six Peshmerga who were martyred in the Iranian missile attack in the early hours of Tuesday March 24. Following his participation in the ceremony, the Prime Minister delivered a statement to the press to extend his condolences to the families and relatives of the martyrs and to the people of Kurdistan. He reaffirmed his commitment to continuing on the patriotic path of the martyrs. In this regard, the Prime Minister said: “With deep sorrow, we extend our condolences to His Excellency President Barzani, to the relatives and the proud families of the martyrs, and to all of us over the loss of these six heroic martyrs. We also wish the wounded a speedy recovery.” The Prime Minister reiterated that they were victims of treachery and betrayal, and that the attack on Peshmerga Forces was carried out without justification. He said that it is because of the blood of the martyrs that we live with pride in our country, and that Kurdistan is precious because of their sacrifice. Just as the blood of the martyrs has never been shed in vain, this time too it will not be in vain. The Prime Minister also stressed that while we do not want to be drawn into any war and want Kurdistan to remain protected, we will do whatever is necessary to protect Kurdistan and defend the dignity, rights, land, and homeland of our people. He emphasized that we will continue along the path of our martyrs and the path of President Barzani.

• We saw some parents reassuring their children that what was happening was just military training or fireworks, in order to protect them from anxiety. Some may disagree with me, but I believe that today's generation lives in an open world, with phones and social media in their hands revealing what is happening moment by moment. The idea is not to scare children, but to enhance their psychological security through age-appropriate honesty. Educational studies indicate that when children discover the truth later from external sources -such as the internet or friends - after being told something different, they may feel confused or lose some of their trust. Therefore, a calm and honest explanation promotes psychological stability and gives them a sense of security and confidence. It is important for children to learn the truth from their parents first, rather than receiving it from platforms that may be filled with misinformation or distorted narratives that reach them in a way that contradicts the truth. We must raise our children to be aware, not ignorant, and teach them from an early age who stands with their homeland and who attacks it, and make them understand the meaning of defending the homeland and the value of the sacrifices made to protect its security and stability. Strong nations are not built by military force alone, but by a conscious generation with a strong sense of belonging, who know the truth about who stands with their homeland and who is hostile to it, and who stand by it with conviction and pride. •
