Ben is basically saying that ETH will keep bleeding to bitcoin until QT ends, but when QT ends that means ETH will eventually bottom, which will then lead ETH to a big rally which will potentially allow it to reach a new all time high a couple months after it bottoms!

Its good (for alts) that BTCD is not going up while BTC going down

I think this is overly predictive considering you yourself say these forecasts never quite pan out. It’s like you’re trying to link a 20 leg parlay here with of course zero ability to forecast world adjustments, surprises, etc.
