Today I had my first demo drive in a Tesla. It was also my first time ever sitting in one. This was the first car I’ve ever sat in the driver’s seat of where I didn’t touch the steering wheel for over 20 miles. Before I even got to the car, the people who had demoed it before me were an older married couple who were absolutely euphoric. They thought it was so cool that the car could drive itself. The Tesla employee told me this happens all the time. People come back from demo drives and tell the next test driver that they’re about to have an amazing experience. Little did I know, I’d end up carrying on the torch to the next couple demoing it after me. There was a ton of construction where I demoed the car, and FSD handled the entire drive extremely well. And yes, it can go through a drive-thru and stop at each window. The only thing I had to do was tap the pedal because it wouldn’t leave on its own, but it was still wild seeing the AI stop perfectly at the second window and wait. There are a million things I could write about why a Tesla feels like a better car and how much more it offers compared to a regular car. But for now, I’ll stick to FSD. There were only two moments that made me a little uneasy. The first was pretty minor. The car slightly hesitated going up a driveway, but quickly made up its mind. The second was more noticeable. I didn’t realize the car was nagging me. Once I touched the steering wheel, nothing happened, so I pulled it right a little harder, then let go. After that, the car turned left and crossed a double yellow on a backroad. (and yes I know you can sue the volume knob) I’m not totally sure if it was trying to pull over or what it was doing. I wanted to see how it would handle the situation, but there were cars coming, so I took over and corrected it. One of the coolest moments was when I thought FSD was glitching because it came to a complete stop in the middle of a busy road. Then I looked around and realized why. On the right side, there was a bicyclist waiting at a yellow crosswalk. The cars behind me didn’t honk, and the Tesla stopping actually incentivized another car in the right lane to stop and let him pass. The car is almost too nice to pedestrians, because 99.999% of humans would’ve blown through that, especially with no flashing light. For 99.9% of the drive, the car navigated confidently and smoothly. It was a real “feel the AGI” moment. Please do not let the media, the general public, or anyone else convince you that this technology is just some kind of auto assist or glorified cruise control. This is undoubtedly getting extremely close to feeling superhuman. You still have to pay attention to the road, but after experiencing it myself, I’d be shocked if HW4 Teslas aren’t unsupervised within the next couple years. The car was extremely smooth. There was no harsh braking, and it even avoided something in the road that I didn’t see. Driving with FSD made me realize I probably wasn’t driving as well as I could be. Hopefully, eventually, everyone’s car can be as mindful as a Tesla. I’ve never seen a brand so far removed from the public’s sentiment. I’m so happy I ordered one.

The reason I haven’t shared the recipe until now is because I wanted to keep the Nobel Prize all to myself. NO. It’s because I spent the last two weeks trying to eliminate one component from the equation — a component that is almost certainly not something the average modern household has lying around. But now I’m going on vacation 🏝️, and obviously I’m not taking my labs with me. I’m not going to continue the experiments, I won’t be posting either, so it’s going to look as if I’ve simply disappeared. “Look, the guy tricked us and then disappeared without a trace!” Well, no. The result is real, the recipe is simple — you just probably won’t have the starting material you need. And despite struggling with this for two weeks, I couldn’t find a substitute for it. But maybe you will! 👍🏻 So I’m sharing the recipe as I currently know it, exactly as it is, in case someone can take it further while I’m sitting on a beach getting a tan. All I ask is that if someone manages to completely solve this mystery while I’m away, please consider a shared Nobel Prize! 🤪 So, the “secret ingredient” is none other than old, completely whitened, end-of-life waterglass. Yep. The stone shown in the video is proof that the glass layer is actually a precipitation. The layer is present on one side of the stone, but completely absent on the other side, even though the stone was standing vertically in the solution. Don’t let the visibly rough condition of the glass layer fool you — this was the first one, and I subjected it to all kinds of tests - too early. The important thing is that there is glass on one side, and ABSOLUTELY NONE on the other, even though the stone was standing vertically in the solution! So this isn’t the bottom and the top of the stone. It’s the right and left sides. Yeah. The glass is indeed a preipitated layer. So let me explain in detail what I did the first time I got this result. This stone was cast in that sour cream container (so it is an artificial one), and then I cut it in half with an angle grinder because I wanted to see what was inside. The inside was quite crumbly, so I decided to strengthen it. I soaked it in this, then that, then something else, impregnated it with one thing and then another, thinking that eventually it would become stronger. And while doing all this, I dipped the stone into all kinds of things. Ash lye, wine, waterglass, God knows what else. At this point, it doesn’t really matter. The funny thing is that now, having reconstructed what actually happened, I wasn’t trying to create a glass layer at all. I was simply trying to strengthen a crumbly stone. But there wasn’t enough waterglass in the lab to completely cover the stone standing in the container. Fill up with water? Nooo! I didn’t want to dilute it with water, so I started looking around in the cupboard and found a bottle of waterglass that was more than a year old and had already turned completely white. I poured this waterglass into the container on ONE SIDE of the stone. And I really mean one side. I did NOT mix it. I thought the waterglass will be "smart enough" to mix its old self with its new self. But the old one didn’t flow around to the other side. It simply accumulated against this curved surface of the stone and deposited there. The best evidence that this is exactly what happened is that even toward the edge of the curved section, the layer wasn’t nearly as thick as it was where I actually poured the old waterglass. And on the cut side of the stone, where I DID NOT pour any old waterglass, absolutely nothing was deposited. And this old waterglass is the thing you probably don’t have at home. So I tried artificially aging the waterglass using all sorts of methods — baking soda, acids, slaked lime, carbon dioxide — but none of them produced suspended particles in the waterglass. So far, only waiting did. I did, however, lose a SodaStream machine in the process. RIP. 🪦 So, for now, the answer seems to be: either wait a year, or find some old waterglass in your cupboard. I haven’t found another way. Over the past few weeks, a few people volunteered to beta-test the process. But I only chose people who have been working with me for a long time, so there was at least a chance that they might have some old waterglass, or artificial stone, or both, at home. Mondo Mondo in Australia actually did the experiment, and it worked. I don’t know the Canadian guy, Odhinn , so I have absolutely no idea how he did it. Mondo’s waterglass wasn’t completely white, but it was thicker than normal — 46% from the shop — and it was at least six months old. Bingo. The experiment worked for him. What’s interesting is that once I finally identified the old waterglass as the responsible component, I tried using it directly — just soaking stones in the old waterglass by itself. And that didn’t work 😵 The important thing is (?) the mixture and ratio of fresh and old waterglass. Something like two-thirds fresh waterglass and one-third completely whitened, old waterglass. The explanation may be the following — and this isn’t me saying it, it's Mr. Grok: "The old waterglass provides the amorphous silica nuclei that are essential for the precipitation, while the fresh waterglass provides the chemical activity and high pH that keep the whole process going." Okay! There’s one more thing I need to add. I was only able to create really thick precipitated layers on artificial stones. All the other thick layers, such as the ones on granite or eggshell, were not precipitation. Those were simply the thickened sludge that had formed, which I then smeared onto the surface. Because when an artificial stone is dipped into the magical mixture, it somehow thickens the entire mixture. Even in the last experiment, when I thought the egg was responsible for thickening the magical mixture, there was actually a small piece of artificial stone sitting in the corner of the container. From there, suspicious brownish streams were spreading in every direction. In other words, the artificial stone was releasing something that caused the entire mixture to turn into a gel. Over time, they designed, fabricated, mounted, and tested an apparatus that could act as a fail safe braking mechanism. They developed a system that could be mounted onto the rear axle shaft. In case of brake failure, the driver can press a button placed near the driver’s seat. Once activated, the vehicle comes to a gradual halt within about 10 to 12 seconds. There is no jerk. The stopping is smooth, ensuring the vehicle does not topple or lose control. The system also automatically switches on the hazard lights, alerting other vehicles that something is wrong. To test this properly, they even bought an old Tata Ace truck using their own money. They modified it to install the apparatus and tested it under multiple conditions, both with and without load. The Tata Ace normally carries about 750 kg, but they also tested it with close to 1 tonne of load. The system worked well in all scenarios. Within about 8-9 months, Khaleel and his father took this from idea to a working prototype. With the help of KLETU, Khaleel has applied for a patent. President Zelenskyy is in Canada today. His visit is primarily about air defense for Ukraine and how Ukraine can survive the winter. This is the right priority: the sky above Ukrainian cities is currently more important than any concepts. But I would look at this visit more broadly. Canada is currently restructuring its defense policy toward Europe, and Ukraine can take a significantly more important place in this restructuring than is visible from the list of aid packages. We are talking about the Canada–EU–Ukraine triangle. This is not an alternative to NATO, but rather an additional mechanism within Euro-Atlantic security. Why is this happening right now? There are four reasons: the lasting confrontation with Russia, growing threats in the Arctic and North Atlantic, Europe's need to take care of its own defense, and uncertainty regarding the duration, terms and conditions that the US will remain a guarantor of security. I will start with Canada. In 2025, PM Carney said that about 75 cents out of every dollar of Canadian capital defense spending goes to American suppliers. Therefore, Canada is now setting a course toward diversification. At the same time, there are no intentions to sever ties with Washington. Canadian defense-industrial strategy explicitly emphasizes strong relations with the United States. The second Canadian motive is the Arctic. Seven out of eight Arctic states are now in NATO. Russia remains the main military threat in the region, while China is increasingly taking an active interest in resources and routes. But for Ottawa, the North is also a matter of sovereignty. At the Canadian-Nordic Summit in Oslo in March, leaders specifically emphasized the territorial integrity and sovereignty of states. Against the backdrop of disputes surrounding Greenland and talk about a "51st state," a closer security partnership with Europe gives Canada more political support in these matters. And thirdly, let's be honest: in terms of military capabilities, Canada is not a giant. It only plans to reach 2% of GDP on defense this fiscal year. Canada's strength lies in geography and coalitions: in the fact that, together with the US, it secures NORAD while simultaneously building bridges to Europe. And why does Europe need Canada? Because Europe's need is not just weapons, but also the ability to move troops, equipment, and resources across the Atlantic. The JFC Norfolk command, which is responsible for maritime communications between North America and Europe, as of December 2025 also covers Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. The Atlantic, the North, and the East of Europe in NATO planning are increasingly becoming a single space. Canada in this scheme is the other shore of the Atlantic. The most interesting thing is that elements of the Canada-EU-Ukraine triangle are already working. SAFE is the first of them. This is a European concessional loan mechanism for joint defense procurement, worth EUR 150 billion. The main condition is that the money must work for the European defense industry. Therefore, at least 65% of the component value in a contract must be European. Under SAFE rules, items produced in Ukraine count as European, on equal footing with products from EU countries, Norway, or Iceland. Canada was also admitted to the mechanism, becoming the first non-European country to join. Joint production is the second one. In May, the defense ministries of Ukraine and Canada signed an agreement to produce Ukrainian reconnaissance drones in Canada for the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the Airlogix-Sentinel joint venture. Ukraine provides battle-tested technology; Canada provides manufacturing capacity and funding. This is no longer aid, it's a manufacturing partnership. The third one: money. The NATO Ankara Declaration recorded that European allies and Canada are already funding the vast majority of security assistance to Ukraine. The threats facing all three sides are also shared. The most vivid example is underwater infrastructure. According to Reuters that cites two Western officials, in the spring, Britain, Norway, and the US tracked Russian GUGI submersibles that were practicing the use of means for covertly disabling cables near Svalbard. For Canada, this concerns trans-Atlantic communications and Arctic surveillance. For the EU: cables, ports, and energy grids. For Ukraine: energy infrastructure and the Black Sea infrastructure. What does Ukraine bring to this arrangement? We bring experience that neither Canada nor most European armies possess: high-intensity warfare against Russia, mass deployment of drones, electronic warfare, intelligence, and protecting infrastructure under constant attack. Chatham House, in a May report, directly proposes integrating Ukraine into NATO's Eastern Sentry, as well as into the EU's Eastern Flank Watch and Drone Defense Initiative, arguing that Ukrainian solutions could make the defense of the continent against drones more cost-effective. Ukraine, without a full-fledged navy, forced the Russian Black Sea Fleet to withdraw its main forces from Sevastopol, Crimea. This experience is directly relevant to both the Baltic and the North Atlantic. Shared maritime situational awareness from the Black Sea to the Arctic (Canadian space capabilities, European surveillance programs, and Ukrainian practical experience) would allow monitoring the Russian navy, shadow tankers, and underwater infrastructure as a single theater. Cooperation between Canada and the EU can reduce dependence on unstable supply chains. Canada possesses significant reserves of critical materials, important among other things for the defense industry, whereas the EU depends on China for critical raw materials. President Zelenskyy is in Canada today. His visit is primarily about air defense for Ukraine and how Ukraine can survive the winter. This is the right priority: the sky above Ukrainian cities is currently more important than any concepts. But I would look at this visit more broadly. Canada is currently restructuring its defense policy toward Europe, and Ukraine can take a significantly more important place in this restructuring than is visible from the list of aid packages. We are talking about the Canada–EU–Ukraine triangle. This is not an alternative to NATO, but rather an additional mechanism within Euro-Atlantic security. Why is this happening right now? There are four reasons: the lasting confrontation with Russia, growing threats in the Arctic and North Atlantic, Europe's need to take care of its own defense, and uncertainty regarding the duration, terms and conditions that the US will remain a guarantor of security. I will start with Canada. In 2025, PM Carney said that about 75 cents out of every dollar of Canadian capital defense spending goes to American suppliers. Therefore, Canada is now setting a course toward diversification. At the same time, there are no intentions to sever ties with Washington. Canadian defense-industrial strategy explicitly emphasizes strong relations with the United States. The second Canadian motive is the Arctic. Seven out of eight Arctic states are now in NATO. Russia remains the main military threat in the region, while China is increasingly taking an active interest in resources and routes. But for Ottawa, the North is also a matter of sovereignty. At the Canadian-Nordic Summit in Oslo in March, leaders specifically emphasized the territorial integrity and sovereignty of states. Against the backdrop of disputes surrounding Greenland and talk about a "51st state," a closer security partnership with Europe gives Canada more political support in these matters. And thirdly, let's be honest: in terms of military capabilities, Canada is not a giant. It only plans to reach 2% of GDP on defense this fiscal year. Canada's strength lies in geography and coalitions: in the fact that, together with the US, it secures NORAD while simultaneously building bridges to Europe. And why does Europe need Canada? The most interesting thing is that elements of the Canada-EU-Ukraine triangle are already working. SAFE is the first of them. This is a European concessional loan mechanism for joint defense procurement, worth EUR 150 billion. The main condition is that the money must work for the European defense industry. Therefore, at least 65% of the component value in a contract must be European. Under SAFE rules, items produced in Ukraine count as European, on equal footing with products from EU countries, Norway, or Iceland. Canada was also admitted to the mechanism, becoming the first non-European country to join. Joint production is the second one. In May, the defense ministries of Ukraine and Canada signed an agreement to produce Ukrainian reconnaissance drones in Canada for the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the Airlogix-Sentinel joint venture. Ukraine provides battle-tested technology; Canada provides manufacturing capacity and funding. This is no longer aid, it's a manufacturing partnership. The third one: money. The NATO Ankara Declaration recorded that European allies and Canada are already funding the vast majority of security assistance to Ukraine. The threats facing all three sides are also shared. The most vivid example is underwater infrastructure. According to Reuters that cites two Western officials, in the spring, Britain, Norway, and the US tracked Russian GUGI submersibles that were practicing the use of means for covertly disabling cables near Svalbard. For Canada, this concerns trans-Atlantic communications and Arctic surveillance. For the EU: cables, ports, and energy grids. For Ukraine: energy infrastructure and the Black Sea infrastructure. What does Ukraine bring to this arrangement? We bring experience that neither Canada nor most European armies possess: high-intensity warfare against Russia, mass deployment of drones, electronic warfare, intelligence, and protecting infrastructure under constant attack. Chatham House, in a May report, directly proposes integrating Ukraine into NATO's Eastern Sentry, as well as into the EU's Eastern Flank Watch and Drone Defense Initiative, arguing that Ukrainian solutions could make the defense of the continent against drones more cost-effective. Ukraine, without a full-fledged navy, forced the Russian Black Sea Fleet to withdraw its main forces from Sevastopol, Crimea. This experience is directly relevant to both the Baltic and the North Atlantic. Shared maritime situational awareness from the Black Sea to the Arctic (Canadian space capabilities, European surveillance programs, and Ukrainian practical experience) would allow monitoring the Russian navy, shadow tankers, and underwater infrastructure as a single theater. Cooperation between Canada and the EU can reduce dependence on unstable supply chains. MRR doubled in ~2 months However... In May, I had a bad burnout 🥵😩 Multiple bugs slipped into the app, and I had to spend 2 days fixing everything in an emergency while revenues plummeted. This completely fucked me up mentally and had a hard time working on the app after that ( 💀💀 So I decided to list it on acquire.com and made a Twitter post ( I listed it for $200,000, a pretty low price considering the revenues and fast growth. I could have gotten $300,000 if I accepted payment over time, but $200,000 today is better than $300,000 tomorrow for me. 🚨 The process went smoothly until we tried to use Escrow, which almost fucked up the whole deal. (details: I got extremely lucky because the buyer really wanted to buy the app, but this could have ended the deal. We had to wait over a week to get the money back from them, even tho they said they already refunded it. But luckily, after threatening them, they sent it back the next day 🙃 The buyer finally got the money back, I transferred every asset to him, and he sent me the wire. With the profit made from the app + the sale, and other projects, I'm 30% away from being a millionaire 🤯 With this amount, I can pretty much retire in Asia if I want to. But that's just the beginning, I’m going to launch new projects soon! 🚀 But before that, I need to take a real vacation and detox. My brain is completely fucked up by those last 2 months. I gained weight, and got brain rot from scrolling all day waiting for the acquisition to move forward 💀💀 Surprisingly, doing absolutely nothing is 10x more exhausting than working 15h per day 🥱 Now, all this might sound like an overnight success. It is not ‼️ This is the result of 7 years of failure and working like a madman. I launched over 40 projects in those 7 years, and most of them failed. Just finished a one-week trip to China. I've now "survived" all the major (~20) L2 self-driving and robotaxi vehicles in both the US and China. Some thoughts & observations: ▶️L2 self-driving I tested major brands like $Huawei, $Li, $NIO, $Xpeng, and $Xiaomi. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. The rides were not overly cautious and handled complex situations (yes, road conditions in China are very challenging!) quite well. Nothing compares to $Tsla's approach. I see imitation learning/end-to-end as the only effective approach for self-driving. While Chinese peers perform well on main roads, they struggle on frontage roads due to reliance on high-precision maps and rule-based methods (e.g. cars stopped in the middle of the road where there was no clear white lining). Chinese EVs' self-driving capabilities are far ahead of those from US and EU brands. I doubt any Chinese players can profit from L2 self-driving, not because it’s not useful, but because it’s hard to differentiate, and price wars dominate the market in China. Chinese consumers and regulators seem much more receptive to self-driving. Even with a 5/10 self-driving capability, cars are practically *hands-free(!)* Insurance-wise, for L3+ cars, OEMs bear responsibility for incidents, so OEMs avoid labeling cars as L3+. ▶️Robotaxi I tested major brands like $Didi, and $Bidu. I'd rate equal to $Waymo, and it's ahead of other peers. However, the same issue applies here: user experience is nearly perfect (in Yizhuang, Beijing), but expansion is the real question. Chinese robotaxi companies are very sophisticated. While the rest of the world focuses on technology, Chinese peers treat it as a product, considering unit economics, operations, mass production, etc. Interestingly, most companies expressed a preference NOT to operate fleets themselves. They aim to be asset-light and let fleet managers handle operations. Policy Support: China has a very clear approval process, driven by data (autonomous driving distance, fully driverless distance, intervention rate, passenger ratings, etc.). ▶️Chinese EVs In major cities like Beijing or Shanghai, EV adoption (green license plates vs. gas cars with blue license plates) seems to be 40%+. If 40% of cars on the road are EVs, then EV penetration (defined as the % of new car sales) must already be over 50%. In shopping malls, the ground floor is filled with EV showrooms—easily 10+ brands, many of which are unfamiliar Chinese brands. It appears almost too easy to make an electric car, which is a stark contrast to the US. $Xiaomi, for example, can achieve a 10% gross profit margin in its first year of operation, compared to $RIVN's -45%. Additionally, $Xiaomi cars are priced at 30% of $RIVN's price. It's fascinating to see how China transitioned from "couldn't make their own gas cars at all (only JVs)" to "dominating EVs globally." The government deserves credit for setting the direction and executing effectively. China now controls the entire supply chain, with $CATL holding 40% of the global market share. 🔹How did it happen? The success of the industry Incentives were set just right: the government provided incentives early on to make EVs and gas cars have comparable MSRPs, allowing consumers to choose based on functionality. This approach differs from how the IRA offers incentives... Perfectly competitive market: $TSLA was brought in, and competition was welcomed, unlike the US, which has a 100% import tax on Chinese EVs. Strategic regulations: License plate restrictions were used effectively; for example, taxis and minivans are required to be EVs. 🔹The challenges Despite the success, the industry faces challenges with low-margin companies and struggling stocks. The intense competition shows no sign of ending. Well-funded global OEMs and Chinese state-owned car companies continue to subsidize, leading to new EV brands emerging annually. The natural tendency in China is to race to the bottom. I think this ties back to China's history as the "world’s factory," where manufacturers price products at "cost plus" versus the US and developing countries, which price based on "affordability/value creation." 🔹The wow EV feature >Software features that surprised me the most: - Everything in the car can be voice-controlled. Has been a while since I've given an update so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths.
