This is an excerpt from the 1926 German film The Adventures of Prince Achmed, the oldest surviving animated movie. The music was composed & performed by me at age 19, half a lifetime ago. I still consider it some of my finest work. Download the full album:

Absolutely gorgeous. How old were you when you first picked up a musical instrument?

I started playing piano as early as I can remember! Started taking piano lessons at 5 and violin at 6. Thank you for commenting on this one! It's one of my proudest works, made when I was just 19 when I got my hands on recording equipment for the first time. It means a lot to me.
