We are forcing Pete Ricketts to do his job. Yesterday, Ricketts was asked about the Packers and Stockyards Act, and he said his “team is looking at any allegation of wrongdoing” by Tyson. We don’t need another investigation. We don’t need another useless congressional report that leads to nothing. We need ACTION! Tyson workers and Nebraska ranchers need you to demand that USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins immediately initiate an action to hold Tyson accountable for any market manipulation.
