Times Square - New York City 🇺🇸 The origin of this place was known as Long Acre Square, but it was renamed Times Square after being located in 1904, at the intersection of 42nd Street, the offices of the New York Times. Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, says it is deeply saddened and disturbed following a serious act of vandalism and sacrilege that took place ahead of the midday Eucharist yesterday. According to the church, a man entered the building pretending to attend Holy Mass before suddenly launching into a violent outburst. A video of a Catholic priest breaking down in tears and struggling to raise the chalice above his head while saying the consecration prayers during Mass spread across social media this week, prompting the priest to issue a statement through his diocese. “Take this all of you and drink from it: For this is the chalice…” Father Brent Bowman prayed at the altar, followed by a six-second pause while celebrating Mass for the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church in Hopkins, Minnesota, on Sept. 14. This new and improved Unity School is double the size of the previous school here so now double the number of kids can be educated and we also got rid of all the harmful asbestos that the children and teachers were sadly previously breathing in every day! On August 16, 1944, an American colonel Welborn Barton Griffith Jr. was given an order to target a Catholic Cathedral in France— which allegedly had Nazis inside. His gut told him this order was odd—so he questioned it, volunteering himself to cross enemy lines to see if the Nazis were in fact inside. I know these streets. I lived in Karachi. I did my engineering in Karachi. So when I watch this enormous celebration moving from Empress Market towards Teen Talwar , I understand exactly what it means for the city. It practically cripples Karachi. Roads are taken over, traffic comes to a standstill and, for a while, one of the busiest cities in the world has to make room for this extraordinary expression of faith. And you know what? I love it. Let them have the streets. Let them celebrate. Let them sing their prayers and call out the name of Ram. Let their children see their parents and grandparents celebrating without fear or apology. Look beyond the traffic and the inconvenience and see what is actually happening: freedom is taking up space. Karachi belongs to them too. Having lived there, I know the scale of what I am watching. It reminds me of the great processions of Bombay — a huge city temporarily surrendering part of itself to faith, colour, humanity and celebration. That is the beautiful thing. For too long, India and Pakistan have allowed religion to become a dividing line between us. Yet here, on the streets of Karachi, is another possibility: Hindus celebrating their faith openly in a Muslim-majority country while fellow Pakistanis make space for them. To my Hindu brothers and sisters: this is your home. Celebrate it. Enjoy it. Be proud of it. And when I hear the joyful cries of “Jai Shri Ram,” I do not hear a threat to my own faith. I hear another human being expressing theirs. That is the Pakistan I want. A Pakistan confident enough in its Muslim identity that it does not fear the prayer of a Hindu, the gurdwara of a Sikh, the church of a Christian, or the beliefs of anyone else. And that is the message I want to send across the border as well: let us become secure enough in who we are that we no longer need to diminish one another. Let India be India. Let Pakistan be Pakistan. But let Indians and Pakistanis be human beings to one another. May we bury hatred, not each other.

There is a room in Málaga that was built to be the closest thing on earth to standing inside heaven. It is called the camarín of the Virgin of Victory, and it is hidden at the top of a tower inside the Santuario de la Victoria. To reach it, you climb and the ascent is the entire point... The building you are climbing through was completed in 1700, and it was designed as a single argument made in stone. At the bottom lies a crypt: a black chamber crowded with white plaster skeletons, a meditation on death and the brevity of life. From there a staircase rises, and as you climb it the light grows stronger and the imagery changes from bones to saints. The architects of the time understood this ascent as the soul's own journey, the dark crypt as the stage of penitence, the staircase as the stage of spiritual progress, and the room at the very top as the final stage: the union of the soul with the divine. That room at the top is the camarín, and its dome is one of the most extraordinary interiors in Spain... Every surface is covered in white and gold plasterwork. There is no empty space anywhere. The Baroque called this horror vacui, the horror of the void: the conviction that a space meant to represent heaven should not contain a single bare patch of stone. Out of that plasterwork emerge angels, flowers, birds, and mirrors. The mirrors are not decoration alone. They catch the light pouring in through the windows of the drum and throw it around the chamber, so that the gold seems to move and the whole room appears to shimmer and breathe. This wonder was built by people who believed that if you wanted to show a human being what heaven might feel like, you did not describe it to them. First, on the 17th of May 2025, we started . With Sir Dickson 's push, the likes and retweets from my mutuals and of course the patronage and referrals from my customers, we were able to stabilize the business and even scaled it. Now that has generated enough revenue and of course profit, it is time for the business to start funding itself and to do that we have decided to invest heavily in Branding and Publicity.
