I did not hear a clear commitment, "We're going to help Ukraine win, to defeat Russia inside Ukraine," because it's in the interest of Europe. It's not that there's not enough resources, it's just not enough political will. And if they don't do it, this is only going to get worse for Europe. The best thing to do is to make that commitment to help Ukraine wreck Russia's oil and gas infrastructure, stop all of these shadow fleet vessels that are going out to the Baltic Sea and Black Sea, inflict consequences on Russia for their gray zone operations, and give Ukraine the tools that they need to defend themselves.
