Europe is experiencing an extreme, record-breaking heat wave with temperatures exceeding 40°C. The intense heat is destroying public infrastructure across the continent. Roads are softening and buckling, while train tracks and transit systems are failing due to the severe weather. Plastic parts in traffic lights have warped and melted.... Sections of major highways, like Germany's Autobahn, have burst and had to be closed. Public transit groups, like Deutsche Bahn, have had to cancel trains and ask people to avoid non essential travel. Now RECALL ....... India had experienced EXTREME heat wave conditions in April 2026 with temperatures touching 47°C making it into global news. No tracks had melted, no roads closed and no highways had burst. We always downgrade and undermine the development and infrastructure of our country along with the resilience of our people, never acknowledging that our country is in fact far better in dealing with critical weather conditions.
