Sweltering temperatures are beating down in France and the rest of Europe, forcing people to seek relief from the heat. As CBS News' Chris Livesay reports, the weather is reminiscent of Europe's heat wave of 2003, during which 70,000 people died across the continent. There have been at least 40 drownings in France over the last week as people have turned to swimming to escape the heat.
