Germany had a real one this year. On July 26, 2026 German authorities called the attack near Berlin Pride an Islamist terror attack. One woman died and police went after a 21-year-old suspect. The Soufan Center has tracked a string of ISIS-inspired plots, arrests and attacks in France and Germany. It points to gaps in prevention and deradicalisation.
