In 2008 when i went for the Indian idol auditions , my mimicry act was appreciated by all the judges , however it was Jaaved Akhtar Saahab who loved it so much that he asked for my phone number then and there and invited me to his place . I think I'm still going to play 65 games, but it's hard. If you want to be a really good player, help your team get deep in the playoffs, and then come back at it and play 65 games again. I've been All-NBA the last 9 years in a row— 7 times first team. It's hard to be consistent. Just putting that rule there, it doesn't give you a break. As many of you know, I am contemplating a docuseries giving the industry and horse racing fans a real and genuine behind-the-scenes look into our beloved sport. Horse racing is filled with so much energy, passion, love and tremendous highs and lows. Our sport is a melting pot of diverse people from so many backgrounds. This is a sport that is filled with so many life lessons. It can make you laugh, think and cry. This authentic, tough scene (for me 😂) was immediately after the Breeders’ Cup Classic loss. I’m still not sure if this is a docuseries or just expensive home videos for Gioia??? 😂 Dad much > Horse Owner. LOVE ALWAYS WINS. ❤️🙏

When I signed to Team NRG I moved to a team house in Vegas. I stored all my belongings in the garage - which ended up being stolen by a pro player there. I lost 10 binders of cards both pokemon and yugioh- my retro games - consoles and figures. EVERYTHING 😭 When my grandma passed away I found these cards she kept in ziplock bags for me but never cared to look. My hearts been broken for years. I just started collecting again - I hate how hard it is to just get retail cards now :/ But I’m still having a good time. - if anyone ever wants to trade at cons let me know ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love evelutions 🥹

Took my Itty Bitties on a #DadCation ❤️🙏🏿 Life moves fast. Between school, work, practices, games, tournaments, birthday parties, and everything else, it feels like we’re always running to the next thing. But one day, these little humans won’t be so little anymore. Before I blink, they’ll be grown, out of the house, and building lives of their own. And I’ll miss these days—the laughs, the chaos, the car rides, the hugs, and even the endless questions. 😢 That’s why I’m intentional about creating moments like this. Not because we need a vacation, but because we need each other. I recently heard that 90% of the time you’ll ever spend with your children happens before they leave home. That hit me hard. Just saw this and my eyes are still wet 😭❤️ A sweet lady noticed this little kid with his mom who was selling stuff and straight up became his angel 😇 She got him new toys, and a fresh new shirt. The way his face lit up… man, I can’t even describe it. She ordered it on spot from flipkart 10 minutes delivery. This is what being human is all about. Helping someone who needs it without thinking twice. Do good and goodness comes back to you ten times over, I truly believe that. Videos like this hit me so hard. Thirty years ago, at 13, I became the youngest national champion in U.S. gymnastics history at the 1995 National Championships. For nearly two decades after my career, I stood on the outside of USA Gymnastics—unwelcome. This past weekend in New Orleans, on the 30th anniversary of that milestone, I was invited to present the all-around awards and honored with a tribute video. While our sport still has work to do in creating the culture athletes deserve, I felt more welcome than I have in years. I spent the weekend watching incredible performances from the American men and women, and it reminded me why this sport still matters so much to me. To my fans—you’ve been with me through it all. Through the cheers, the silence, the comebacks, and the long years when my name wasn’t mentioned. You’ve reminded me that my story still matters, even when it felt forgotten. Your encouragement, your belief, and your voices have carried me further than you know. During this 1 year 2 months of dominATE tour, there were so many ups and downs both personally and together internally, after the concert I would laugh, sometimes out of gratitude, sometimes I just laugh alone when there are something that upset me , i believe it was just not me but all the members have experienced moments like this at least once, but still, after travelling around performing in so many countries and so many people with good health, we are finally here in Incheon for the finale. That's us. It's the same for me, we are the type that if it is not sincere then it would be hard to connect. My mind suddenly goes blank. I have so much things to say. Each and every single stage truly means so much to us, I feel like we have been continuously showing our sincerity to our fans, STAY. Ah it's really sad. Even though i know that there's always a new opportunity but honestly i can't help but to feel a strong sense of sadness. And I feel like everything is developing so incredibly fast these days, there are so many things that we need to put our attention to and just a lot of different things but even so, what comes to my mind often is that in the moments when we are still standing on the stage , i truly hope that we and the people who are with us are just as sincere as we are. We will continue to work hard promoting healthily so everyone please stay healthy too by our side. We are growing old together, aren't we? Yesterday, I had the privilege of visiting Kids Haven Montessori School to deliver another Career Day talk on the legal profession. They said, “Come in your wig and gown.” I understood the assignment. 😂 I think I’m quickly becoming the children’s favourite lawyer because the way they didn’t even want me to leave… chai! 😂😂😂 They even pulled my gown from the back in their excitement to speak to me. Too much love! 🥹 These children are superrr brilliant. They asked me some really thoughtful questions about the legal profession and what it takes to become a lawyer in Ghana. There is something so special about spending time with children, helping them dream bigger, and showing them that their aspirations are achievable through hard work, discipline, and God’s grace. It is such a blessing! If I inspired even one child to believe in themselves and pursue their purpose, then it was a day well spent. ❤️✨

Since I gave birth, I’ve attended three different events and visited our project site three times, all without my newborn. Some of these events happened when the baby wasn’t even one month old. And through it all, my husband has held it down! ❤️ He handles business, does the school runs for two children, drops them off at two different times and picks them up at two different times, still attends business meetings, and somehow still finds the time and energy to take care of a newborn. Lest I forget, this man cannot stay in a dirty environment 😂 so he cleans up at intervals, probably at least 8 times in 24 hours, because our little madam sabi redecorate the entire house every five minutes 😂😂😂. He will wash the plates, clean the house and still fix food. All of this while making sure I’m able to show up, work, attend events and keep pushing our businesses forward. Good men are rare to find. When you find one, hold him tight, appreciate him massively, and never take him for granted. My husband has truly held it down for me and our family, and I appreciate him more than words can say. ❤️ Thank you for being an amazing husband, father, partner and teammate. I see you Harcumen Cargo and I appreciate you. Always. ❤️
