I asked Valériane Ayayi about her FIBA clearance after missing the first two games and if there was anything she could share about that process. “The club I played for, in Prague, didn’t release my letter of clearance because I opted out of my contract. So, there’s no more things that I can say because we are still on the procedure. But yeah, this was them blocking me actually because they didn’t want me to opt out.”

Commissioner Baloyi represented me fully when she firmly told Andrea Johnson that she was bothered that she deliberately came to the Commission to defend the indefensible, in as far as Brigadier Mokwele's allegations were concerned. I must say, I was deeply offended, not only by her, but by Docket holder Padayachee as well, for continuing with the narrative that Ms. Mokwele was not qualified for the job and was appointed to loot funds, even after it was pointed out to them, how over qualified and suitable she was for the position. It's like their racism made them refuse to accept the facts. She wrote her Affidavit, and STILL INCLUDED THIS NARRATIVE, read it out with confidence, until concessions were extracted out of her! [WATCH] Before I was SG I once said things about Nkosazana which I withdrew, publicly and I apologised. I said she is JZ wife. It was wrong for me to say that and I apologised to the NEC and to her. Because my mother in her grave would never allow me to say such things, I should have never judged Mam Nkosazana and her track record on the basis of her being Jacob Zumas wife. It was wrong to say that about a veteran of our movement. So we all say things but we must reflect and apologise. She learned the hard way that posting something derogatory about ICE has consequences that apparently she wasn’t expecting. She’s in tears because of the blowback she got. Do I feel sorry for her? No . She posted her opinion, and People responded that that’s how it goes. Do I think the comments about her being fat, and ugly are unnecessary? Yes I do because it has nothing to do with the subject.. but when you put yourself out there like that, you have to expect people are going to respond, and not always in the way that you expect.

P’Kao: For me, this is one of the best things that has happened in my life; actually, a truly wonderful thing. Ever since I met Jane and started working with her, I feel like she has reignited a fire within me and given me a passion for work once again. I really have to thank her for certain things because she’s the one who made me want to step out of my comfort zone🥹. There were things I never even thought I could do, but seeing her do them made me feel that, since I’ll be working with her in the long run, I should strive to make everything just as good as she does.
