I live in an apartment complex. White people to the Left of me. White people in front of me. White people behind me. Black people to the right of me. Bet you can’t guess which ones CONSTANTLY cause problems and make tons of noise at all hours of the day and night? 😒 When I move into the house, hopefully later this year, guess which ones I don’t want next to me anymore?

the black people who want to live around white people and fit in are the black people worth having in your community. It was never about race, it's about culture.

Everyone that got themselves into that kind of neighborhood thinks the exact same way, all colors.

Are Black Owned Media Companies Disappearing? #business #news

But what’s the tipping point? 5%? 10%? 20%? I’m asking because I think my neighborhood is currently at about 10% and I’m already starting to notice a decline. I think it’s time to put it on the market and get the hell out.

Serious question: Why do black people like moving to white neighborhoods?

The only black guy in my neighborhood never causes trouble and walks back into his house when any of us drive by. He understands the racial dynamic here and wants to keep it that way.

Even black people have n!99a fatigue 😆

When I hear THIS black PERSON talking, I don’t hear a 👻, I hear a MAN who happens to be BLACK. There is a difference this man I’d be happy to have as a neighbor.

His neighbors don’t feel safe.

The neighbors are the ones in actual danger
