Christianity is about redemption, the forgiveness of all sin. Whores, thieves, murderers, they might not be forgiven by society, but if they seek penance then Christ is to forgive them. That however, is why I avoid Church. Too many people there seek saving not from faith, but someone to give them stability. Church has become a den of terrible people masquerading as holy. To all those that do find redemption, there are countless others vile and petty people that will drag you down. You're supposed to have blind faith in God, not in mankind.
