When you do, you will set BOUNDARIES, guard and enforce them. These boundaries will safeguard your psyche, heart and soul from users. Don’t allow them to abuse you or take advantage of your kindhearted nature more than ONCE.

Yup. Was there for someone through a lot. When it was my turn they were nowhere to be seen. Mind you I always keep 10% in reserve for disappointment, but not from them. Anyone but them...then I went quietly into the night. No arguments, no bad feelings. It is what it is....
