#MentalHealth is still an afterthought in many countries. Marginalized groups often face the greatest barriers to care, including stigma and discrimination. World Health Organization (WHO) is supporting countries to make mental health services more accessible and effective, by integrating them into primary health care. Obrigado, Minister Filomena Mendes Gonçalyes, for your commitment to promoting and protecting mental health, in #CaboVerde and around the world.

On today's #WorldMentalHealthDay, World Health Organization (WHO) is drawing attention to mental health in humanitarian emergencies. Beyond food, water and medicine, people also need mental health and psychosocial support to cope, recover, and rebuild.
