This is fundamentally what Zionism is. It claims that Jews are a nation and that Israel is the state of that nation. Therefore if you live in Israel but are not Jewish, technically Israel is not your country by Israeli law. Conversely, if you are Jew living in London. The UK isn’t your country. Israel is. If you really think about it, it’s fundamentally antisemitic and wrong.
