Even tho this quote makes me deep sigh every time I read it, I can’t stop thinking about it. The call to move my attention from others and how they are or are not loving back to myself and how I am blocked from love feels *deep sigh* hard.

It doesn’t matter who likes you or doesn’t like you. What truly matters is if you like yourself. I love myself. I have worked hard to truly love myself inside and out. That shows. It shines from the inside. It shows by how I dress, take care of myself and how I treat others. I treat people how I want to be treated. I live my life on my terms. And I am having the actual time of my life!

Read Caption 💗🥺 ❄️ People always ask me why I skate. I skate because out of every sport I have ever tried, this is the only one that taught me something real. No matter how many times you fall, you have no choice but to get up again. Figure skating found me during a time when I was discovering myself, healing myself, and rebuilding the parts of me I thought were gone. It became something that no one could ever take away from me. I am passionate about this sport because of what it does to my soul. The moment my blades touch the ice, something in me settles. I feel whole. I feel protected. I feel like I have entered a world where nothing can break me. No one can walk into that space and dim my light or tell me I am not enough. On the ice, I define myself. Figure skating is a place where applause comes from every direction, even from within. You clap for your effort, your courage, your growth and even bad days. You get to watch yourself evolve in ways you never imagined. It is mesmerizing to witness how far we can go when we keep moving, when we trust the process, and when we simply skate. When I skate, I am reminded that my journey is mine alone. Every glide is a voice saying I survived. Every spin is a reminder that my spirit still dances. Every fall becomes a lesson in strength, and every landing becomes a quiet celebration. Skating taught me how to breathe again, how to trust again, how to see myself again and how to love the person I am becoming. And that is why I keep going back to the ice, again and again. ❄️ ✨ #figureskating #health #healing #iceskating

T/W: suicide, eating disorders I’m self-conscious about how I look. I get criticism on every move I make both publicly and privately. Every time I take an action I hear the potential criticism in my head… but I do it anyway. The criticism does always come. I get criticism on my body too. I can love myself at any size, but the never ending pressure to please everyone and to try to be so strong people can’t criticize me is tiring. Sometimes I wonder if my problems are really my own. When I’m alone, I only have love for myself without an ounce of shame or self-hatred. I like myself and who I see in the mirror. But hate and criticism can eat away at you. “Are they right?” “Should I really be eating that?” “People will judge me.” I’ve never recognized a negative voice in my mind as mine. I can’t think of one person who would say I’m the negative voice in their head either. But the negative voice in my head has left me suicidal before. I don’t hate myself. But sometimes people treat me like they hate me. It’s hard not to internalize it. Today, I want to remind you- you don’t have to hate yourself even when the world treats you like they hate you. It’s safe to make mistakes. It’s safe to love yourself and your body even when others laugh at you. Every time I get a message about how someone loves their body a little more after reading my messages, it reminds me why I keep opening my heart. It’s hope. We all need hope. I hope you choose to appreciate your body today ✨ it and you are beautiful

“The city plowed the streets and blocked my driveway, so I can’t even get my car out. We have to call and complain almost every time they plow. Now we’re down to one car because the second one can’t get out of the driveway due to the high snow and ice, and I’m not even able to shovel it.” - Submitted to YEGWAVE.

Zendaya said she’s not going to carry a pregnancy. Firstly, it reshapes women’s bodies, and I may not get my shape back. I love my shape this way, so it’s either I adopt or find someone who will carry the pregnancy for me. I discussed it with my husband, and he agreed to it. My face and my body are my brand, and I can’t take chances with that.

🔮Perisai Jitu🔮 NGL,this song truly reflects my feelings as an entertainer. There are times when I have to keep smiling and spread happiness, even when I’m not feeling my best. But through that, I’ve realized something beautiful. how powerful a smile and positive energy can be, not just for others, but for myself too. Every time I’m in a bad mood, this song hits me right in the heart. Sometimes, I even end up crying while singing it. wwwww But that’s what makes it so special to me. I hope you guys love it as much as I do! ⬇️PRE-SAVE / PRE-ORDER⬇️

I thought I found the perfect mom shorts, but look how wrinkly they get from sitting down! Kinda sad The other moms might not talk about how short my shorts are, but how wrinkly they are. Say something nice to me because I know they will not.

I just can’t comprehend how this is a uniform option from your franchise’s history and you decide *not to wear it* every week. #Seahawks

"I wake in the morning and I step outside and I take a deep breath and watch liberals cry and I scream to the top of my lungs..." "TRUMP IS STILL YOUR PRESIDENT, GET OVER IT!" I was not expecting this one and I am not upset about it.
