Caught up with BYU Safety Talan Alfrey today! I’ve been really impressed with Talan’s buy in over the years. He’s had injuries, been a starter, a role player and even a special teams guy last year. He’s experienced the undulations of a football players life, and persevered. He’s had a great spring. He’s going to make an impact in the safety room this season.

He’ll be sleeping in a corner, and only moves when I go in front of him and call him “Vivi!”. He’s over 10 years old now… So, it broke my heart… His eyes also looked slightly white as though he has cataracts… 💔
