Had to delete my last video about outmaneuvering the algorithm because it got flagged. Some of you didn’t even listen to the video and made comments that alerted X. So everyone please tell those who make inappropriate comments how you feel about me having to take post down. Ok… So anyways I’m down a few pounds this morning because I spent most Sunday sleeping instead of stuffing my face with food. I’ll have to make up for it during the week but I was so tired, think I needed the day to rest.

I don’t necessarily mind Stu keeping it a buck and being honest. But he can be a bit too grumpy for me at times When Bron got the GW against Indy last season, he was immediately waiving off the shot even though it was good. Didn’t even wait for a review. When General Donahue commanded the 82nd Airborne Division, he made it a point to do physical training with a different squad every morning. He brought them to headquarters, where a certified instructor led everyone through a demanding high-intensity workout. He did it religiously for two years. I liked the idea so much that I brought the same approach into squadron command. Every morning, a different section would join me and the Command Sergeant Major for PT. It gave us a chance to sweat alongside our soldiers, spend time with every part of the formation, and build relationships that we wouldn’t have developed by staying behind our desks or working out by ourselves!
