Exactly, children don’t know what they are afraid of until you show them. Kids who grow up to adults with a twisted perception

The girl was 1000% under the influence of what she's told by her mom

My mother was so full of hate towards my father that she convinced me he molested me. When I was in the hospital at 14, he came to visit. I told the nurse to not let him into the room. I'll forever regret not seeing him because I needed kindness, which I never got from her.

I'm sorry about that...

She's dead and hopefully in hell now. Keeping a child from its father is extremely selfish. Fathers are incredibly important to every child!

When you murder two people you don’t get ANY second chances. He shouldn’t have been out of jail after only 9 years. This is a terrible case study for men’s custodial rights. 99.99999999% of men in my country lose custody for far far far less than this. THAT is the real issue here.

this seems like propaganda tbh. so you’re saying that before he went to prison for murdering MURDERING 2 people in drunken rage, he was a drunk and absent in her life. goes to jail and now he wants to be in her life? hell nah

My son, the only surviving parent, won full custody against his ex’s mother grandma Mimi. The mother had overdosed living in Mimi’s house Mimi went back to court to try a second time for “parenting rights”. The judge literally ruled that becuase father (legally) took custody when he won the court of appeals, this may have caused child abuse because he took his daughter to live with him full time. Fact And judge stripped father of his rights and allowed Mimi to take parenting again The legal system is fucked up for dads.

What’s the name of this movie?

The Guardian- it's a TV show

He served his time and never harmed or posed a threat to the girl. She should at the very least have been allowed visitation IF he moves to the area they are relocating to and should be allowed to have unsupervised phone calls with her.

Parental alienation is child abuse.

The American justice system was just created to be biased. Nothing exempt about these people

The issue here is a parent meeting satisfaction immediately. Kids grow up and as they age they start to figure things out no matter what one of the parents tries to do. If this dad had simply waited, he would have a relationship with his daughter. It is painful to wait.

Nah, that’s so messed up! He changed, she deserves to be around her birth father.

Lol… randomly paused it here… seems like more than a coincidence. 🤣🤣

Judge should be disbarred!! Fathers who actively are tying to be in their kids life should be given a chance!

Even if the dad did really clean himself up no blame on the mom for not fully trusting the rehabilitation of a guy who murdered two men in a fit od anger...

I learnt fast to never fight too hard a woman who tries to exclude you from being in your child’s life. Move on, make other kids. When she sees you’ve moved on and her excluding you doesn’t hurt you anymore, you’re in fact flourishing, she’ll come back into your life. If she doesn’t, it matters not, you’d have already moved on with your new family. PS; I’ll never be that man that’s used to keep another man away from his children. Such simps must die

So the court supports the woman’s parental right for lying and manipulating the little girl but denies the father who genuinely made himself better for his kids no lies no manipulation…

Incarceration or not this situation is too common. 1 parent that wants it their way will lie, emotionally manipulate and socially engineer to get their way. It’s like they are trying to break a man. All they do is end up raising a bitter ignorant child.

From experience, yeah, kids grow up with whatever info one parent gives of the other in matters like this. Do your time, you’d think you’ve redeemed yourself. Far cry.

What’s the point to have an audio that’s in the background playing at the same time as the show? Isn’t there a way to disable that?

The question why did he murder those two guy murder say a lot about a person. Did he do it to protect his daughter a girl or the person he murder a predator. Or did he just get mad and kill someone

The mother is a monster who manipulated her own daughter so she could have “a perfect family”. And there judge decided that her version was better than trying to help a man who changed for the better.

Parental alienation is a form of child abusive !

The temper of a man these women talk about always, is to be understood carefully. The man works hard is disciplined and sets rules for everyone’s happiness. They accept the rules of the game and life and go on. Man assumes if rules are followed willingly there won’t be problems and his suffering is less and happiness maximum. But these women break rules they accepted at first. Then the man explains and agains they break and again he explains and tries hard many times. One day the man snaps. That’s when he is shown like a demon.

I can’t listen to this video. You’ve got music or voices in the background. What is wrong with you people

Why don’t men want to be in relationships anymore…

I'm aware every case is different but after watching this I don't think the father was done right by the wife concerning the daughter. The mother had poisoned the daughter with lies and wouldn't even tell the daughter that he'd actually, tried very hard to see and contact her.

It’s the fact that the child does not know him. It’s been over 10 years since she seen him and before that he wasn’t the best of man. Why should the mom and daughter wait for him to get his act together? She had the right to move on with her life. Move on to bigger and better

This stuff pisses me off so much I almost couldn’t watch. Went thru something similar w/out the criminal situation. I married him w/the mother who did this. It’s horribly painful to watch a man cry. Men need the same rights.

Parents are alienated for less by the design of the family court system and Title IV- D of the Social Security Act.

For real tho I’ve heard 2 friends of mine have the same experience of a mom using their child to hurt the dad where they lie n whisper in the ear n make em hate the dad without ever meeting em. The older guy last he told me he left his mom in a retirement home for that

Parental alienation?

My mom tried the same "strategy" with my brother and I. Keep the father away, force lies and slander into our minds and gives us "opinions" of a person we didn't personally know well enough to develop a true sense for. Mothers like this should lose everything.

A Guardian ad Litem should have been appointed for the child in this case. Since the best interests of the child are supposed to be the only important factor. But hateful parents love to deny the rights of others. Supervised visits could have been set up when he was released.

Our birth parents did their damage from BOTH sides. I was on the receiving end of a father who told my mother he would make MY LIFE A LIVING HELL FOR HIS DIVORCE. I WAS A TODDLER, HE WAS A CHEATER. Unfortunately for so many of us, the damage was profoundly deep, our trust was shattered, and we wanted so desperately to be loved yet, we never trusted others in that process. Our kindnesses were taken advantage of by abusers and users along the way. When it came to affairs of the heart our discernment skills were nonexistent, our own spirit had been broken It’s one hell of a situation, especially for a very empathetic, young woman. It felt diabolical at times.
