The Chronicles of Riddick (2004) goes all in on being a chaotic space opera, messy and overloaded but never boring, throwing out wild ideas while Vin Diesel stays completely serious at the center, which somehow makes the madness around him even more fun.

In three-dimensional space the determinant of a matrix whose columns are three vectors equals the signed volume of the parallelepiped those vectors span; changing the middle column so the base parallelogram doubles in area while height stays fixed therefore yields a volume of two cubic units.

The future of modern performance art is here. Watch and enjoy advanced choreography. Sit in awe and wonder at the intricate ways in which bodies can move against the backdrop of opera.

Abdur Rouf on fancy terminology in Pakistan cricket “I once faced Shoaib Akhtar-M Zahid and could barely see the ball. Back in the dressing room, the coach lectured me about ‘center of gravity.’ I replied, I can’t even sight the ball, and you’re talking about center of gravity😂

As gravity distorts our view… This simulation shows how the extreme gravity of two orbiting black holes bends and redirects light emanating from the chaotic hot gas surrounding each one. As they pass in front of one another, light weaves through the fabric of space and time.

The Lagrange points, named after the French mathematician Joseph-Louis Lagrange, are unique locations in space where gravitational forces create a delicate equilibrium btw the gravitational pull of 2 large celestial bodies, such as a planet & its moon or a planet & the sun. 1/

There are beings in this world who cannot cry out or put their pain into words. And somehow, even in their hardest moments, they never rush or pressure one another. The look of quiet resignation in their eyes, and the pain reflected in their tired bodies, is truly heartbreaking. These are the silent pains that can never be spoken. 😢 🎦 Credit: Unknown (DM for credit).

Starliner astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry “Butch” Wilmore exited the SpaceX Freedom capsule after splashing down in the water off the coast of Tallahassee, Florida on Tuesday. Both were assisted onto a mobility aid upon exiting, as they have been in space for an extended period of 286 days. All station astronauts spend two hours a day in orbit exercising to minimize bone and muscle loss in the weightlessness of space. Even so, Wilmore and Williams will face extensive rehabilitation over the next several weeks and months as their bodies re-adapt to the unfamiliar tug of gravity.

Eccentric mass loading shifts the system's center of gravity beyond the support base perimeter, inducing destabilizing gravitational torque and precipitating rapid toppling instability of the picnic table assembly!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
