It really amazes me how many people are so ignorant to the dangers of radical Islam. “Just get out of there” isn’t a fucking strategy, because they don’t want to live alone in peace, they want to take over your country and cut your head off. It’s a convert or kill death cult, and it will never be satisfied until it destroys the west. We are their end game, and when it comes to terrorism, the best defense is a good offense.

When all we know is calories in versus calories out and move your ass harder at the gym, our body holds onto fat for dear life! Especially once we’re over 35 Especially once we’ve had children Especially when we’re in perimenopause or menopause Especially when we have no idea how to regulate our nervous system You see when your body does not feel safe , meaning it constantly is in fight or flight mode from all of the so-called dinosaurs chasing you every day, it won’t release the weight. Our bodies are actually very simple It’s just that they feel like they’re most important job is to keep you alive not thin 🤷‍♀️ So when you are constantly dealing with chronic stress every day, it shuts down your digestive track as well as disrupts your hormones and inflames your body, all to keep you alive. I know it seems counterproductive, but after all you are alive still, right! if you want to truly lose weight and keep it off and actually feel healthy enough to get good sleep and enjoy your life. It’s not going to be about calories in versus calories out. It’s not going to be about killing yourself in the gym. It’s going to be about learning to regulate your nervous system and get out of chronic stress mode ! This is possible I’ve done it And yes, I’m 50 years old and have three kids and homeschooled and own my own business and went through a divorce and have much trauma and abuse and neglect and everything else that you want to put on the plate . While this is obviously from a Southern perspective, it has become the perspective of all Americans as all of our homelands— birthplaces, neighborhoods and the burial grounds of our forefathers— have been mercilessly invaded by a foreign horde who regard it all as a dot on the map to which they can come to get free stuff while transforming it into the hellhole they came from. Every tree in which we climbed and carved our names stands in the way of a new housing development. Every stream in which we swam and fished is a dumping ground. And every town square is ripe for a third world bazaar. These people will never care like we do. It is not their home, they are not Americans, and they never will be. And they have to go back.

This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

I never buy women drinks… I never give women free rides… I never buy women gifts… I never sacrifice my resources in anyway for women… And while I’m considered kind and do freely give, I learnt to never to give my resources to women because I learnt quickly from them that they view men who spend on them as fools.
