My body has just adapted randomly I only really each fruits , peanuts , Celtic salt and water . Ivermectin once a month small dose . No bread of course and 0 sugar. Honey is a great energy source along with the fruit . God bless you all

Might be a good idea for a 2 week cleanse. However, humans are meant to eat meat. So cleanse and then maybe jump into a carnivore or keto diet

So is dairy ok or not? I’ve been grazing on olives, cheese, kefir, humous, nuts & a bit of guacamole, carrot juice for about 6 weeks.. lost 14Lbs, wasn’t doing it for a reason, just been depressed after a break up so can’t be bothered to cook..
