I just had this 'discussion' with my dentist this afternoon. Her - all dentists also want flouride in water, studies in Birmingham & US show it helps kids teeth. Me - flouride is a toxin, there are not safe levels of toxins and they build up. stalemate!

They put fluoride in public drinking water as well. Who is promoting this and what is their reasoning for purposely putting poison in drinking water? Do not let them tell you it is for stronger teeth because that is not the case.

Fluoride is a rat poison, too much will kill you.. of course the amount they add in things like toothpaste is supposedly safe, but it’s also in the water so I wonder if brushing 3 times a day and drinking 2ltrs of Water is still under the threshold for safety?

Fluoride is in your drinking water and there’s no way of being able to filter it out….

Both are good -Dr Bronner’s -Himalaya Also, be careful about what dental floss you use. Many are laced with chemicals.

I use the flouride free melaleuca brand (they do sell fluoridated tooth paste also) or the fluoride free Burt's Bees brand.

Fluoride killed my nana when she was just 94. Slowly ate away at her bones until she was hunched over with a cane. Goddamned nazi scientists and their living experiments.

I respect this woman and love the fact that she is doing good work. But it pisses me off that her knowledge is behind a paywall. Time is short. We need to stop playing games with money and tell people what they need to survive.

Nothing new, I knew fluoride was a poison 30 years ago, if parents have any regard for their children then stop buying " toothpaste " , use water and or a dab of bicarbonate of soda . I haven't been to a dentist in 30years+ .
