Yes. As these forming clouds appear at differing altitudes, they are also subject to differing intensities of air current. The flow of air occurs in a gradient and so a cloud half the distance to you might move orders of magnitude faster than a cloud 1.0 distance. It may appear to move slower or faster, or even in a different direction, because it is. (that said, I also have some woo woo thoughts on the matter)

I see them in Nevada. I believe they are some sort of cloaked technology.

If it was a cloaked vessel, why would it need a camouflage of clouds? Serious question. Looks more like lower level clouds that just happen to be moving faster than the higher level ones.

Yes, it is a low-level cloud caught in a Windstream- it is deceptive looking for sure, but there is a major altitude difference

Yes, I have many videos of this that I've taken over the past decade. For anyone who says "no or need proof," this video is almost 10 years old. And I bet you haven't seen or heard about this. Almost all sightings are ours, but some are not. *The US has technology 20-30+ years ahead of what we can publicity view today. Also, everything we think we know about physics or propulsion is obviously obsolete.

Saw this cloud moving and changing colors, no other clouds in the immediate area. Right away thought of the movie “nope”. Within 5 minutes of me noticing, it vanished. Very odd

I watch the skies all day so yes. Most probably haven’t noticed.
