Ever since I had my first season everything has changed. I still need two or three walks a day but in between that as long as I get enough hugs (I need a lot of hugs) I’m happy to sleep. I am naturally a happy lazy little puppy

I don’t know if I would call it “pride” but I did feel really great... it’s been a long time since then we chose the songs and everything, but there’s one thing I still think about which is “why didn’t I do a little more? two months is really a long time… couldn’t I have done a bit more?” i have a lot of regrets about that!

Two years ago at Christmas time, I was facing some of the toughest adversity I have ever had to confront in my life. As a present I got myself this pep talk from my friend James Marsters, in the style of his character Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I am reposting this in case it can help someone else out there as much as it helped me. I still watch it from time to time when I need to smile, or maybe just need a little motivation. [300326 wvlive] #CHOIHYUNSUK “ah i will let teume knows about my happy news. after 7-8 yrs, i succeeded changed my sleep pattern. i’m not lying. exclude those days where i have schedules that can’t be avoided, i will sleep around 12am-1am. 12am is the fastest i can sleep because as you know i’ll go to sleep mostly at dawn like 5am or 6am. but, for now. i’ll make sure i’ll sleep around 12am-1am. there are few times im awake in the middle but i’ll make sure i’m wake up at 8am. basically, we need to sleep for 7-8 hrs. i will do my best to keep this sleep pattern. my company really help me for this. my sleep pattern become better. i got lot of sleep. i’m so happy.”
