I always wan to be respected. It a nonnegotiable to me. I try to reciprocate the same through the way I treat others & work. That’s what my new contract with ESPN was about. I didn’t need to feel loved & the contract details would dictate my worth there. I wanted to agree to something that gave me a heart of gratitude walking into the building each day. So I worked for that. I stood on that & here we are. I feel so blessed for my progression. I got a lot of what I wanted, but certainly not all. It was a reminder. You ain’t “him” yet.
