This woman shares why she and her family decided to cancel their Amazon Prime membership. She explains that shipping is no longer the fast, reliable service it once was (with frequent delays, lost packages, and “sorry, it’ll be here tomorrow” updates), Prime Video now comes with more ads than it used to, and after price-checking, many items are simply cheaper at places like Walmart or Sam’s Club. This really got me thinking about my own subscriptions. Amazon Prime is now $139 a year while Walmart+ is just $98. Perks like Kindle Unlimited or Amazon Music have to be added on and paid for separately. If those were actually bundled into the yearly subscription, it might feel worth keeping… but right now it just doesn’t add up the way it used to. Have you ever canceled a subscription like Amazon Prime when you realized the value just wasn’t there anymore?
