This type of fraud is happening in most of the rickshaws plying in suburbs.Have seen this blinking dot in many rickshaws.RTO police need to start a drive to catch and fine these drivers

Till now I haven't seen any meter where this point is not blinking... @MTPHereToHelp plz check any random auto going undercover & see it urself...

Also, the money increases by 2 rupees once and by 1 rupee once and I always wonder why and how this happens? We Mumbaikars have been exploited even by auto rickshaw drivers 🙄😣😯😏

This is absolute BS. I had seen this video earlier and hence I checked various types of meters in auto in Pune and each one has this blinking LED in them. And all were correct meters.

Had seen this video and ever since started noticing that 9/10 meters were the blinking like this!

After seeing this video I used to keep my eye on the metres but tbh every other rick had this going on I even tried checking for a button once thoroughly but couldn't find one I don't know how true this video is
