Chinese people are pretty much the same. There was this Chinese chap I had a dotted line of reporting to, back in Nigeria. If you asked him if he believed in God, he'd reply you by saying "hard work" was his god. If more Nigerians tried to emulate these two nationalities in terms of their attitude to work, just a little bit, there'd be significant positive changes.
