The second charge is very different. Two of the three seasons it relates to we’ve already been punished for, so hypothetically it would be more likely a 2 point punishment. I’d be more worried if I was Forest who’ll probably get a 6 point punishment now #nffc #efc

They have reduced the point deduction enough so that they are or will be relatively safe from relegation this I’m thinking will soften the uproar when the authorities do nowt about the Man Citeh or Chelsea irregularities in FFP due to fear factor 🤷‍♂️

What does any potential liability mean for clubs that were relegated instead of Everton? Could they bring cases against Everton for loss of income as a result of being relegated at a time when Everton have committed breaches of FFP rules? 2/2
