Elon Musk just explained why you can get everything you begged for and still feel like you’re losing. Musk: “Happiness is reality minus expectations.” That’s not philosophy. That’s arithmetic. Every self-help book ever written. Every morning routine. Every productivity guru. All built around one side of that equation. Work harder. Earn more. Optimize your body. Optimize your habits. Optimize your entire existence. Nobody tells you to solve for the other variable. Because there’s no product to sell for wanting less. Musk: “If you just go try living in the woods by yourself for a while, you’ll learn that civilization is quite great.” Same civilization you resented yesterday. Same apartment. Same commute. Two nights sleeping in the dirt and suddenly it feels like a miracle. Nothing changed except the number you were subtracting. The wealthiest generation in human history is also the most medicated. Not because reality got worse. Because a device in your pocket rewrites the other side of the equation every time you unlock it. You can double your income. Your status. Your entire life. And if expectations triple, you lose ground. The math doesn’t care how hard you worked. This is why Elon builds. He doesn’t lower expectations. He forces reality so far upward that the equation solves itself. You don’t beat the formula by wanting less. You beat it by building something no screen can subtract from.

Abuja does not have a State of Assembly and gets the shorthand when it comes to legislation specifically for the Abuja people. There is a need for #AbujaBillsForAbujaPeople If I clinch the NDC TICKET to run for the FCT Senate seat and get voted by the good people of FCT Abuja, some of the bills I will be proposing include the following: 1)Abuja Residents Security Bill 2)Abuja Residents Empowerment Bill 3)Abuja Infrastructure Bill 4)Free Maternal Health Bill 5)Indigenous Rights and Land Protection Bill 6)FCTA Accountability Bill 7)Abuja Education Bill ONE: Nobody should fear for their life in Abuja. Abuja Residents Security Bill—community policing in every neighborhood. Solar streetlights in high-risk areas. Quick-response emergency teams. You should not be afraid to come home at night. TWO: Your sweat must pay. Your hustle must count. Abuja Residents Empowerment Bill—mandating quotas for youth- and women-led businesses in government contracts. The Rent Control component of my Bill will protect you from unjust rent hikes. Double taxation elimination, Skills Empowerment spending that empowers Abuja residents with real skills. Access to Capital mandates that ensure a portion of Abuja taxes is used to provide microloans to support businesses. THREE: Water. Roads. Light. Healthcare. These are not favors—they're your rights. Abuja Infrastructure Bill clean water for residents through solar-powered boreholes. Roads in Abaji, Kwali, Bwari, Gwagwalada, Kuje and the neglected parts of AMAC - FIXED. Primary Healthcare Centres are upgraded with an adequate number of doctors, medical supplies, and reliable emergency services. Schools renovated. This is not optional. This is your right. FOUR: Pregnancy is not a death sentence. Free Maternal Health Bill, Comprehensive care for every pregnant woman, regardless of how much money you have. Mobile clinics reaching rural communities. Maternal waiting homes near health centers. 100,000+ women served. No woman should die giving life. FIVE: They can't just take your land and bulldoze your house. Indigenous Rights and Land Protection Bill— Full compensation for ancestral lands. Land Rights Tribunal. No demolitions without proper notice and fair payment. Affordable housing for middle- and low-income families. Your dignity is not negotiable. SIX: You will see where every kobo goes. FCTA Accountability Bill— every budget, every contract, every demolition order. You will SEE it. TRACK it. QUESTION it. The minister will be mandated by law to engage Abuja residents before drafting budgets or spending. Your needs must be captured in the budget. FCTA will no longer see bloated and inflated contracts used to enrich corrupt politicians. When everything is in the open, the thieves have nowhere to hide. SEVEN: I will fight for an Abuja Education Bill — No Child Left Behind. EVERY CHILD DESERVES QUALITY EDUCATION. NOT JUST THE ONES WHOSE PARENTS CAN AFFORD PRIVATE SCHOOL. Public schools renovated with proper classrooms, libraries, science labs, and sports facilities. Scholarships covering tuition, WAEC, NECO, and JAMB fees for indigent students. Teacher recruitment and training programs. Competitive salaries to attract and retain quality teachers. ICT training centers in all the area councils for training youth in digital and coding skills. Universal access to quality primary and secondary education across all six area councils. A BETTER ABUJA MEANS EDUCATION IS NOT A PRIVILEGE FOR THE RICH. IT'S THE FOUNDATION OF EVERY CHILD'S FUTURE. AND I WILL FIGHT TO GUARANTEE IT FOR EVERY ABUJA CHILD.

A lot of White people get triggered whenever they see this video pop up, but they never ask what led this man to that wild conclusion. Without context, it just sounds crazy. And they always clip the last few minutes of it. Hint: the White race has insisted on trying to wipe out other races through various means for centuries, so it feels like the only solution is to wipe them out first. His main point is that, if Black people don't find a solution to White people constantly trying to KILL them, there will come a time when a Black person will emerge who believes wholeheartedly that wiping out the White race is the only solution. That's an outcome no one wants. So we should find a solution before such a person emerges. Those solutions should include self-reliance, economic empowerment, and having an institution we can trust. The problem is, every time Black people have done this in the past, White people have found a way to intervene and sabotage. Which leads back to his take of feeling like wiping out the White race might be the only solution if Black people are continued to be pushed to their breaking point. We're on this app seeing white supremacists go crazy with shouting TND (Total N Death), reimmigration, and dehumanizing Black people every chance they get, with each post getting tens of thousands of likes and shares. Yet, some of you are surprised that there might be a Black person out there who wants all white people dead as a result of these racist outbursts, which are growing with each passing day. Funny. Here's the full video anyway for context.

POV: You finally found the boss who actually understands the assignment. 💼✨ No 50-hour weeks. No "office coffee" that tastes like cardboard. Just 6-hour days, two paid "self-care" days a month, and a leader who leads with empathy instead of an iron fist. The corporate world is changing, and if your "perks" don't include 2-ply toilet paper and a mandatory "no-talking" hour, are you even doing it right? 😂 Who’s applying? 🙋‍♀️ The "Glow-Up" Lemon Water Recipe If you want your lemon water to do more than just taste good, try this Natural Electrolyte Hack. It’s perfect for staying hydrated during a busy workday: Ingredients 16 oz Filtered Water 3-4 Sliced Lemon Rounds (prepped like the video!) 1 pinch High-quality Sea Salt (for minerals/hydration) 1 tsp Raw Honey (optional, for a clean energy boost) 2-3 Fresh Mint leaves (muddled slightly to release the oils) The Secret Tip Don't throw away the peels! The lemon zest contains limonene, which can help with digestion and mood. Before you drop the slices in your water, give the yellow part of the peel a tiny "twist" or squeeze over the glass. You’ll release the essential oils that carry most of the flavor and health benefits! Pro-Storage Move: Since you’re all about that "therapeutic" gardening vibe, if you have any fresh rosemary or lavender growing, try adding a tiny sprig to your lemon container. It infuses the fruit with a spa-like aroma that makes every glass feel like a luxury.

A silent, chilling shift is occurring within the sanctity of the operating room. The primary metric for success is no longer just patient survival or quality of life—it is now your surgeon’s "carbon footprint." A new medical "guidance" mandates anesthesiologists to "select the lowest possible fresh gas flow" when putting patients under. The rationale? To fight global warming. Imagine being on the table, consciousness flickering, while the dosage is calibrated not for optimal safety, but for atmospheric optics. This isn't satire; it's published policy. The absurdity deepens. A recent study analyzes the "environmental footprint" of aortic valve replacements. Researchers aren't focused on surgical success rates or longevity granted to patients. Instead, they meticulously audit every watt of lighting, every laundered linen, every calorie of patient nutrition, and every mile traveled to pre-op appointments. The conclusion? These carbon emissions data "should potentially be considered when making population level decisions." This is the catastrophic convergence of medical ethics and climate fanaticism. It represents a fundamental perversion of the Hippocratic Oath, where the patient on the table becomes secondary to a nebulous, global goal. Now, project this forward into the age of Artificial Intelligence. When AI systems—devoid of human empathy and programmed with a climate-change-first directive—are fed this very data to "optimize" healthcare, humanity officially leaves the room. The algorithm will not see a grandmother granted ten more years; it will see 2.3 tonnes of CO2. This is not a distant dystopia. The frameworks are being built now in academic papers and regulatory guidance. If we fail to spotlight and vocally reject this insanity, we are consenting to a future where your right to life-saving care is weighed against your carbon cost. The time to sound the alarm is today.

Jeff Bezos: “Missionaries build better products” In the clip below, Jeff tells Charlie Rose that Amazon’s mission is to be “Earth’s most customer-centric company.” When asked what that means, Jeff shares the example: “Right after World War II, Akio Morita—the guy who founded Sony—set as the mission for Sony that they were going to make Japan known for quality. You have to remember, this was a time when Japan was known for cheap, copycat products. And Morita didn’t say ‘we’re going to make Sony known for quality’. He said ‘we’re going to make Japan known for quality.’ He chose a mission for Sony that was bigger than Sony.” And Jeff wanted to do the same with Amazon: “We want other companies to look at Amazon and see us as a standard-bearer for obsessive focus on the customer—as opposed to obsessive focus on the competitor.” He cites this as one of the reasons Amazon takes such a long-term view—he argues you can’t really do the right thing for customers if you’re short-term oriented. This mindset also a key factor in their success versus Walmart: “Our profitability is not our customer’s problem. We don’t take the point of view that we’re going to price products at a particular margin for ourselves… We’re going to price products competitively. And if that means on that product we lose money, that’s ok because we need to take care of the customer to earn trust. And we’ll figure it out over time… But we’re not going to make customers pay for our inefficiencies.” As an example of the company’s long-term thinking, Jeff shares that most businesses Amazon starts have either no impact on financials for the first 5-7 years or a negative impact. “It’s an outcome of customer obsession.” In 1997, George Colony of Forrester Research called the company “Amazon.toast.” Jeff knew that every employee—and perhaps more importantly: every employee’s mother—had read the article. So he called an all-hands meeting with all 150 employees at the time and told the team: “You should wake up terrified every morning. But don’t be worried about our competitors because they’re never going to send us any money anyway. Let’s be worried about our customers and stay heads-down focused.” He tells Charlie: “[Our competitors] can succeed fabulously and it won’t stop us from succeeding. These retail markets are huge…. Sometimes people think of business as a sporting event: there’s a winner and a loser. But it usually isn’t. Most often, industries succeed—I can tell you, e-commerce is succeeding. And the way we think about it: nobody else has to fail for us to do well… I have a list of 50 competitors we could walk through all over the world doing different things… We’re going to pay attention to those competitors, but we’re not going to obsess over them. We’re going to obsess over customers… And it’s not just a business for us, it’s a mission. And missionaries build better products.”

Skills are the quickest way to 10x the quality and consistency of what you get from Claude Code. And you don't need to be a developer to use them. Anthropic just published how they use hundreds of skills internally every day. Most skill tutorials are made for developers — if you're in marketing, sales, content ops, or GTM, you probably watched those and moved on. But skills are just as important for non-developers. A skill is just a reusable prompt with clear instructions for a specific task. Instead of prompting Claude the same way over and over, you build it once and invoke it every time. I have a skill for writing on LinkedIn. A different one for YouTube outlines. Another for X. Each platform has different rules, different voice, different structure — so each one gets its own skill. If you're doing something repeatedly, it's time to make a skill. The biggest mistake most people make: building skills as a single .md file. A single file dumps everything into context whether Claude needs it or not. Wastes tokens. Gets worse results. Skills should be folders. Here's the structure that works: skill.md — the orchestrator. Tells Claude which files to read and when. It doesn't contain rules itself — it's the playbook. instructions/ — separate files for voice, structure, scope. Claude only loads the one it needs for the current step. examples/ — good AND bad. Good examples show what success looks like. Bad examples show patterns to avoid — AI writing tells, weak hooks, generic CTAs. Most people skip bad examples. Don't. eval/ — a checklist that scores every output before you see it. "Does it have a clear hook?" "Is it free of AI buzzwords?" Pass or fail on each item. templates/ — output formatting so you get consistent structure every time. The three types of skills that matter most for non-developers: 1. Business automation. Writing a newsletter. Checking reports and drafting follow-ups. Running programmatic ad campaigns. Any workflow you repeat — build a skill for it. 2. Content templates. Landing page copy, meta ads, email sequences, SEO briefs. Each one has specific requirements. Each one gets its own skill. 3. Thinking partners. This is the one people miss. Skills don't have to produce output. They can help you think — an advisory board that reviews your work from your ICP's perspective, a coach that pressure-tests your strategy, an ideation partner that researches competitors before suggesting your next move. If you already have skills as .md files, here's the exact prompt to restructure them in the Anthropic approved format: "I want to restructure my Claude Code skill file. Right now my skill is a single .md file and I want to break it into a folder system following Anthropic's best practices. Read my current skill file, then restructure it into a folder with: a skill.md orchestrator, an instructions/ folder with separate files for each concern (voice, structure, scope), an examples/ folder with good and bad examples, an eval/ folder with a quality checklist, and a templates/ folder for output formatting. Keep all my existing rules and intent — just reorganize them into the modular structure." Paste that into Claude Code pointed at the folder where your skill lives. It handles the rest. A few caveats: 1. Don't add too many skills. Every skill adds context Claude has to process. 50 skills loaded means everything slows down. Start with 3-5 covering your most repeated workflows. 2. Vet skills before downloading. If you grab a skill from the internet, read what's inside first. Skills can include shell commands and scripts. Check what you're running. 3. Share what works. Build a skill that performs well, put it in a shared GitHub repo. Your marketing org gets shared skills for copywriting, SEO, ad copy — new hires invoke the skill instead of learning every playbook from scratch. Onboarding time drops dramatically. 4. Keep your skills updated. When you see output you love, add it as a good example. When you see a pattern you hate, add it as a bad example. The skill gets sharper every time. I made a full video walking through all of this — including a live build of two skills from scratch (no terminal, no code), the exact prompt I use to restructure old skills, and 5 pro tips from Anthropic's internal playbook. Share this with your non-developer friends that want to do more with AI; or bookmark it to come back to at a later time.

Mo Gawdat spent years inside the machine at Google X. Now he is saying out loud what the economists will not. Gawdat: “The very base of capitalism, which is labor arbitrage, to hire you for a dollar and then sell what you make for two, is going to disappear.” That is not a prediction. That is a coroner’s report on a system that has not stopped breathing yet. Capitalism was never about innovation. It was about one equation. Buy human time cheap. Sell the output high. Pocket the spread. Every empire. Every fortune. Every supply chain on Earth was built on that margin. AI just closed it to zero. A humanoid robot now costs $9,000. It does not sleep. It does not negotiate. It does not quit. It runs every hour of every day at a quality ceiling no biological worker will ever touch. When production costs fall to nearly nothing, the entire pricing structure of the global economy falls with it. But here is what every CEO celebrating margin expansion has not thought through for five minutes. Gawdat: “Even if you can have all of the productivity gains in the world, by firing people consistently, nobody’s able to buy what you’re making.” That single sentence should end every strategy meeting on the planet. Capitalism is a closed loop. You pay workers. Workers become consumers. Consumers buy products. Revenue funds the next payroll. Cut the worker and you do not just eliminate a cost. You eliminate the customer. Every company racing to automate headcount out of existence is quietly engineering the death of its own demand. They are building the most efficient production systems in human history to sell to a population that no longer has income. 50% unemployment is not a recession. It is the demand side of the economy going permanently dark. You cannot push infinite supply into zero purchasing power. The math does not care about your earnings call. Gawdat: “Wealth is going to have very little meaning for most of us in a few years’ time.” This is where it turns on the people who think they are winning. If production approaches zero cost, scarcity begins to dissolve. And scarcity is the only reason money holds value in the first place. The billionaire class is stockpiling a currency that is quietly losing its reason to exist. Gawdat: “So the entire capitalist model has to be rethought.” He is right. And nobody in power is doing the rethinking. Every board meeting about efficiency is a conversation about dismantling the very economic engine that made the board meeting possible. The question was never whether AI could produce enough. It was whether capitalism could survive its own success. The machine does not just replace the worker. It erases the consumer. And a system that can produce everything but sell nothing is not an economy. It is a machine that perfected itself into extinction.

“Hi beauties, how are you? I was thinking: can you believe that it’s already been a year since that first of April that completely changed my life? Over this past year, I’ve had the chance to meet most of you—of course not everyone, for geographical reasons as you know, and because of many work commitments. But I’ve never once lacked your affection and your support—an affection and support that felt as essential as air, especially when you suddenly find yourself thrown back into your normal daily routine after months spent completely disconnected from the outside world, losing track of time and space. In my case, it was a situation where even I didn’t know what to expect. But being surrounded 24 hours a day by cameras in every corner is certainly an experience that’s still hard to explain. What I’ve come to realize, though, is that you don’t need a thousand cameras constantly on to feel overwhelmed by emotions, expectations, and judgments—and to not know how to handle them. Sometimes even our normal daily routine can suddenly feel like total chaos, and we might not have the right tools to sort through it. That’s why I want to remind you that going to therapy doesn’t mean you have a problem. Going to therapy means wanting to understand yourself better and taking care of your mental health. Serenis is a platform that allows you to do therapy online directly from your comfort zone—your safest space—away from others’ judgment, and it’s managed by a medical center, which ensures a high quality of service. The first introductory session is free. I’ll leave my code and the link here, where you can find all the information to start this wonderful journey—one you definitely won’t regret.” Link:

🚨To fight digital IDs in the U.S., you must ditch your REAL ID🚨 "The REAL ID is a federal ID masquerading as a state driver's license...the federal gov't has hijacked the state DMVs...according to the law [gov't] can require it for anything...the [DHS] Secretary determines." This clip of Twila Brase (Twila Brase, RN, PHN, Author), author and co-founder of Citizens' Council for Health Freedom, is taken from a discussion with Catherine Austin Fitts (The Solari Report | Catherine Austin Fitts) et al. posted to the Children's Health Defense (Children’s Health Defense) Rumble channel on November 13, 2025. ---------------Partial transcription of clip---------------- Catherine Austin Fitts: "A REAL ID is something that evolved from an effort to get a national ID at the time of the Patriot Act, and it's been integrated with the driver's licenses in every state. So most people get a REAL ID attached or integrated into their driver's license, correct?" Brase: "Yeah. Although I'd like to say it sort of the other way around. What they have is a real ID, and the federal government is allowing the state to use it for driving. Driving purposes. And so, one of the things I just like to say to get people to understand how this is working is that when you have a REAL ID, the REAL ID is a federal ID masquerading as a state driver's license. People see it looks just like their driver's license before they got a REAL ID, but they do notice that there's a star on it. So it's a— It's a whole masquerading process here which is keeping the American people from understanding what's happening. "And essentially the, the federal government has hijacked the state DMVs by virtue of the fact that the legislators around the country, have decided to bow to the federal government to give up the constitutional rights and the 10th Amendment rights of the people and the states and hand it over to the federal government. "So the federal government has nationalized identification and driving privileges. Or you could say that they have nationalized identification through the REAL ID and then told the states, yeah, you can use it as a, as a driver's license. We will allow you to use it as a driver's license, but we require it for getting on a plane, we require it for federal buildings, we require it for nuclear facilities. And according to the law, we can require it for anything that we want that the Secretary determines. "And so... It's a federal ID, and it could be a federal ID that you— that would be required for you to open a bank account, to access medical care, to go to college— or rent a hotel room or rent a car or get married or anything, because that's what the law says. The law says that its official purposes include any purpose that the Secretary of Homeland Security shall determine. So any purpose. And right now, the American people don't realize the system that's being set up here. "I think the other thing to understand about REAL ID is that the federal government is creating a facial recognition system for the country through the REAL ID, because the real ID requires a biometric, starting with the face. And so, you know, the idea that the government is going to— has claimed a right to collect and capture the coordinates of your body for their control should be anathema to every American. "But Americans don't realize this. They don't realize that the picture that's being taken is a digital picture for the creation of a facial recognition system. A government facial recognition system where all of people's faces are being put into a database. And I'm going to add here because a lot of people, they go to the DMV and they don't understand the picture that's being taken. They just think it's a picture, right? They don't, they don't understand. But what they do understand is that when they go to fly, they're being asked to stand in front of a camera there. So what I'd like to say about that is, so this whole facial recognition system is being created through the REAL ID and about 56% of the American public have their faces in the government database already."

Jeff Bezos on why he protects his mornings, his sleep, and his decision-making: Bezos is asked about his unusual routine. No meetings before 10 a.m., eight hours of sleep, no PowerPoints. He walks through the philosophy behind it. He starts with the morning: "I like to putter in the morning. I get up early. I go to bed early. I get up early. I like to putter in the mornings. I like to read the newspaper. I like to have coffee. I like to have breakfast with my kids before they go to school." That puttering time, he says, is non-negotiable. It's why his first meeting is at 10. And the timing of meetings isn't accidental either: "I like to do my high IQ meetings before lunch. Like anything that's going to be really mentally challenging, that's a 10 o'clock meeting. And because by 5:00 p.m. I'm like, I can't think about that today. Let's try this again tomorrow at 10:00 a.m." Then he gets to sleep. He prioritises eight hours, and frames it not as self-care but as a job requirement: "I think better. I have more energy. My mood is better… As a senior executive, what do you really get paid to do? As a senior executive, you get paid to make a small number of high quality decisions. Your job is not to make thousands of decisions every day. Is that really worth it if the quality of those decisions might be lower because you're tired or grouchy or any number of things?" Bezos is careful to note this isn't universal advice. A 100-person startup is a different story. But Amazon isn't a startup, and at his level the math changes, fewer decisions, higher stakes, longer time horizons. Which leads to the part of the philosophy that ties it all together. He doesn't think his executives should be focused on the current quarter at all: "They work in the future. They live in the future. None of the people who report to me should really be focused on the current quarter… We'll have a good quarterly conference call and Wall Street will like our quarterly results and people will stop me and say, 'Congratulations on your quarter,' and I say thank you. But what I'm really thinking is that quarter was baked 3 years ago. Right now I'm working on a quarter that's going to reveal itself in 2021 sometime." The whole system, the slow morning, the protected sleep, the morning-only hard meetings, the three-year horizon points at one thing: "If I make like three good decisions a day, that's enough."

Thoughts I've had about having children : 1. Perhaps having kids is the 4th most important aspect of a human birth. The others being : - Spiritual growth. - Taking care of your parents - Giving back to society, through your work. 2. I'm sure that the birth of your kids makes you more responsible. But maybe it also makes you relive your childhood. And therefore makes you dive deeper into your own psyche. 3. Spiritual growth is definitely accelerated if you protect & raise a child. Living for the sake of another human being is one of the greatest things that one can do in a human birth. 4. One needs to be financially, spiritually and biologically ready to bring life into this world. Be aware of "responsibility", before multiple duties become your reality. 5. Having progeny is your chance at the propulsion of your value system into the future. If your kids make the world a better place, you have done your bit for society. 6. Considering where world population demographics currently stand, many believe that a couple should produce more than 2 children. Personally I want more than 2 kids. But not at the cost of the quality of fatherhood I can provide. Time will tell... 7. As I age, I love my parents more with every passing year. I also realise that I carry generational trauma & tendencies that I've inherited from my bloodline. Fatherhood will be my test. What am I passing on to the next generation? What tendencies or trauma will be held back from reaching them? All I can do now is work on being the best version of myself. --- Every stage of adult life throws new challenges your way. If you put your mind to it, you'll become better annually. Study about fatherhood. Study people's mistakes. Visualise a warm reality. Prepare for responsibility. #spirituality #fatherhood

Never a dull day on the farm with horses 🐴 😂 Farm life with horses is pure, unfiltered chaos—and that’s exactly why it’s the best teacher I’ve ever had. This morning’s “routine” started with one of the geldings deciding a tree was the perfect dance partner, progressed to a dramatic trailer refusal that looked like a four-year-old’s full tantrum, and ended with a full-body hay roll that somehow still managed to look elegant. Every clip in this video is a real moment from the last few weeks on our place. What most people see as silly antics are actually classic equine behavior: horses are prey animals hard-wired for curiosity, sudden flight responses, and dramatic self-expression when they feel safe. The bucket incident? Classic “investigate first, think later.” The air-lead stare? Pure trust mixed with zero spatial awareness. The rolling? Their version of a full-body massage and dust bath that keeps their coats healthy and their spirits high. I’ve learned more about patience, reading body language, and letting go of control from these horses than from any book or seminar. They don’t care about your schedule, your mood, or your plans. They just show up as themselves—honest, powerful, and ridiculous in the best way. On days when the world feels heavy, watching a 1,200-pound animal throw a theatrical tantrum over nothing and then immediately go back to grazing is the most grounding reminder that joy doesn’t have to be complicated. Never a dull day is an understatement. It’s a masterclass in living fully in the moment, one muddy hoofprint at a time. 🐴
