Every coach & player MUST watch this video 🤯 Mark Noble teaches the importance of attitude & hard work 💪🔥 (credit: coachnotesofficial on instagram)

He gave his all in every game for West Ham, it’s a shame that a large percentage of the current squad don’t do the same.

No daft positional terminology or information. Just an honest team talk.

All bravado. States the obvious and stuff those kids have heard a million times. Been in hiding since going upstairs and making the club worse than its ever been. Must be the hard work he is on about.

Needs to have a word with the 1st team.

Super cockney @alrightfans

Still looks young

Can he say this to the first team? Bunch of clowns

👏👏

Brilliant…😂

There’s plenty of the Wrong Attitude at West Ham now ⚒️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚒️🇬🇧

Has he told Nuno!

Give him the managers job

All he knows because he was a super basic passion merchant

God I miss this man!!! 😕
