Kirk Ferentz on the departures of Leshon Williams and Kaleb Brown: "The bottom line is this, not to be callous, but if a player is really not playing, it's not like you lose anything that way. And then the other part of it, to fall back on a line from Mike Tomlin, you don't want hostages on your team. Again, it doesn't do anybody any good, especially the individuals, to be in an environment where they're not enthused to be there. It's just not good for anybody. So I just wish the guys well, and I hope they find happiness wherever they do go. I really mean that. Because I want all of our guys to be successful. Right now, our focus is on the guys we're coaching every day."

. Naval: I don’t think you need to have a PhD to be a scientist. If you are naturally curious and you’re rigorous and you discover new things, you’re a scientist. One of my Twitter quips was, “The only true test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life,” and that triggers a lot of people. But how else do you know? How else do you know if you’re smart? If you’re not getting what you want out of life, how smart are you really? You might have had bad luck once upon a time, but consistently, every time? I doubt it. And there’s two parts to that. One is actually testing yourself against the world to see if you get what you want. And the other is wanting the right things in the first place. You know, I wish I was 20 years old and had wings. Umm, not gonna happen. So you gotta wish for the right things too.

Loser shit. Attempted to block my kick 5 time ( only got 3 recorded including the game winner). Same dude who block Michael Ward 5 times in a game and said “ ward I didn’t know it was you, I don’t FG glitch block the homies” My question is why do it at all? The best part this guy is apart of a lot of you “content” creators communities and y’all co sign this BS. If this dude is apart of your community and you are condoning this behavior , you are apart of the problem. Idc how “good” you are at the game. If you FG block glitch in this game at any time and for any reason… I hope you step on a Lego barefooted every step you take for the rest of your life and that’s being nice. Respectfully.

KIDS: Every level you go up, you'll see less and less players trying to beat defenders 1on1. It's all about puck movement because it's harder and harder to beat players by yourself. Players are too good defensively at the next levels. Here are two great examples of really good players trying to go through a defender - but they turn it over and it goes the other way in transition for a goal. If you have a coach preaching passing when you're younger - even if you're highly skilled and can beat defenders 1on1 pretty easily - that's a coach that's helping you to succeed at the next levels.

"you’re very good at storytelling these memories.” lando: “really?” “yeah i remember at the FIA awards when you were looking at the trophy and you were like 'this, this means everything to me'.” lando: “yeah of course! i want to remember all the good times. everything in life is about creating memories and trying to hang on to as many as you can. that was a very special one for me so i enjoyed that. and that's what i get reminded of every time i come here. of course i want to repeat it as often as i can”
