Appreciate you, but they are far more insidious that this and you're not keeping up with the games being played: 1. Company A buys company B 2. Company A brings Americans in to learn the job of Company B personnel 3. Company B personnel are forced/expected to train Company A workers 4. Company B trains Company A workers 5. Company A fires company B workers 6. Company A trained personnel train Foreign workers, transition responsibilities to them. Or several other multi-stage processes to separate the Company B personnel from the direct act of foreign replacement... Nearly all the publicly traded companies are doing this!

As a past manager in F500, I had to deal with @USEEOC claims a dozen times, 100% of time for firing an employee person of color FOR CAUSE (mostly absenteeism) and felt like I was the one being criminalized

Does this include foreign nurses that are taking all the good hospital jobs? Eb-3 visas are taking as many good paying jobs from American nurses as H-1b visas. If you’re going to use foreign nurses they need to be high need areas only. Not in major hospitals where there are plenty of American nurses to fill the void. I’m looking at you @MethodistHosp

I want to know the Exact ethnic and place of birth information of every employee in every major corporation over a certain size. I want to know EXACTLY how many visa holders and what kind. I want to know EXACTLY how many OPT. I want to know EXACTLY how many jobs are outsourced to foreign countries: call centers, manufacturing, tech, back office. THIS IS ALL HIDDEN FROM AMERICANS!!!! If corporations file tax returns, I want all this information on their forms!! For the first time in our history, we have the opportunity to get this done. Executive order. National Security is at stake. Our economy and labor market are at stake. Our demographics, citizenship, culture, labor market are all being determined by corporate America. How is this right?

If I call your office and say that, your employee's heads will explode.

They are taking our Medicare, Medicaid, federal and state grants and ship the jobs off to India for their IT support
