Ive had to arrange triple the amount of friendlies so I can tweak things. Conceding 5 a game is brutal, especially when you see the goal and its just defenders not bothering to challenge for the ball

I only played one game after 10 hours of putting my vision on the pitch. I’m new to the game so I thought winning by at least like four goals was the point. OK, maybe I’ll get back on 😅 Time to win the league. I didn’t even have my players on attacking mentality lol and I had a very slow tempo. I could put the pedal to the metal. Thank you I feel much more confident in my abilities now. I thought my result was bad.

😂😂😂😂😂😂 once you’ve set your team, click team instructions then click each section of the pitch to see if they’re where you want them in and out of possession 👍🏾 Nail that and it becomes relatively easy 👀

Tactics on FM are not difficult, play 433 direct football with 3 strikers (not inverted forwards) and score 3 or 4 minimum every game. It's been that way since Champ Manager 4 and still is to this day. It's never been complicated.

I thought I was the only one. Not sure if it’s just United though. Started by losing 5/5 in the PL, and only won a CC match against Blackburn. Getting tons of shots on goals but every GK just unbeatable 😭

It's the exact same thing as FM24. Your 24 formation goes to the IP, then split your instructions between IP and OOP, and maybe move wide players a step back for OOP positions. You'll play exactly as you do with FM24.

It’s true the engine punishes you more for not understanding that football is a game of space. I actually put it to the test with my own game model I run when I coach… Started unemployed, with my actual credentials simmed to the current date, took over Southport in NL south 23rd…it’s been interesting with a semi pro team and a not great roster. It’s working though. My only critique would be how potent balls through and over are. I’m saying that as I have benefited from that!
