Interesting tidbit at 9:00. The more clean calories (I assume he means mostly carbs) he ate the more he just got hot and sweaty but didn't gain weight. Peaty

Is maingaining a waste of time? I still have newb gains i’m making, but after that how much of a requirement is bulking?

Unless you play a sport that requires it there’s really no reason to ever bulk. Once you create new fat cells you can never get rid of them. If you want to get bigger beat to do it slowly and peaty and not like this at all.

This sounds horrific. Imagine being 275 and eating like that. Death wish.
