This has to go down as the craziest thing you’ll ever see in your life 😅😭 Got Sabonis under 14.5 rebounds two minutes before he was about to be subbed out, when he had 11 rebounds. This was a massive error line on Underdog — they had his rotation wrong. He then goes in for a layup, gets four rebounds on the same play, and then sits out for the rest of the game… Can’t make this stuff up. 😅

At the top level of the game, this is how a player's physical performance data is visualised post-match and used to inform their recovery on MD+1. From what they eat to refuel, to the recovery protocols they choose from in terms of a selection menu: yoga and meditation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, strength training in the gym, etc. And every player produces different datasets so recovery can be individualised. Not every team has the budget for this sort of thing, but the fundamentals are the same - how does your performance data inform what you do next, to prepare for the next training session or game.
