@CraigDavid Why is it apparently fine for restaurants to repeatedly move your delivery time back another hour, and we can't do anything about it? Can't cancel, can't call them, can't request a refund, just have to sit and wait. Currently running two hours late. Your advice? "Leave a review"

@CraigDavid I ordered macdonalds last saturday, got the food but 3 drinks missing. I have messaged you several times about it. You are telling me, i wont get a refund. So, who is going to pay for my drinks then. Look into it well, and stop stealing from hard working people.

@CraigDavid I placed an Iceland order last night, and have received nothing. It states it was delivered but obvs not to me,and now an email reply from just eat saying they won't refund me. Disgusting so now £50 down and no shopping. Is this now you treat disabled customers????

@CraigDavid Are food took 2.5 hour to be delivered and we phoned the restaurant and the food was waiting on the side for 1hour and 45 minutes before a driver picked it up and just eat won’t refund. Stay away don’t use them

@CraigDavid How about creating service that is working? Your AI assistant from Temu is not working, doesn't understand basic commands and I got refund for food that was delivered and there is no option to pay restaurant for it! Restaurants are your customers and you are stealing from them!

@CraigDavid Absolutely shocking service I received last night after contacting the restaurant direct they informed me my food was prepared and sitting ready for over 1 hour before any driver collected it and when it arrived it was cold and not edible, but yet no refund 😡

@CraigDavid How do I make a complaint? The McD’s restaurant manager is refusing to accept that they were in the wrong even though they admit they prepared the food and drinks over an hour before a driver accepted the order. The food was stone cold, the drinks and shakes were warm.

@CraigDavid Horrendous company won’t be using again took my money for a food shop as I’m house bound due to heart failure was a £40 shop and no food delivered and refuses to answer my emails I’m not letting this drop

@CraigDavid I ordered food for £13.48 after a long shift. The takeaway said the item was out of stock and started a refund, but one hour later the status changed to “collected”.Multiple messages and calls have gone unanswered. Very disappointing. Waiting for my bank refund, avoid scam

Ridiculous service. Ordered from McDonald’s got everything bar the wrap I ordered. Did everything right logged it and standard email later saying no refund due to the circumstances but asked for no evidence just based your decision on your bias.
