It started with continuous verbal abuse by the patient, including explicit insults against the doctor’s mother and family. ➡️ Despite this, the doctor repeatedly tried to calm the patient and de-escalate the situation. ✅ With over 8 years of service and 5,000–7,000 patients treated, the doctor states that no patient has ever behaved like this before.
