Scoundrel I have a suggestion there should be two kinds of examination halls Hall E Hall Ethical Hall C Hall Cheating Allowed Hall C shoukd be reserved for any category who do not want teacher to have right to stop cheating. But whatever Hall you write exam in should be mentioned on degree Engineering/Medical/Economics. Patients must be given right to see degree both marks as well as which hall you chose to give exams in. Parents whose children sit in Hall E should sign a declaration that they have no objection if their child is caught cheating and disqualified for the exam. By doing this all sides will be happy.
