every second panel at WebX 2026 (July 13-14) is about agentic finance and stablecoin rails but if you give an ai a wallet today it just sits there we are building the pipes before the water exists would you trust an agent with your funds right now

Yes, but only if every action is verifiable and reversible where possible. A wallet alone isn't enough. The real value comes from combining AI with strong reputation, risk controls, and onchain accountability. Once those pieces are in place, trusting an agent becomes much easier than trusting blind automation.

@WebX_Asia agreed on verifiability but reversibility is lowkey fighting immutability ngl the endgame isnt building a credit score for code it is just locking the risk parameters directly into the automated decision loop so it physically cannot fail

@WebX_Asia That's a good distinction Instead of relying on reputation to catch failures after they happen, the system should reduce the chance of bad decisions from the start through built in constraints

@WebX_Asia Not yet. Infrastructure is necessary, but trust isn’t built by wallets or rails. An agent earns the right to manage capital only after proving it can make accountable, transparent, and consistently better decisions over time.

valid point but waiting for old school trust is missing the whole new meta ai economy isn't here to win a personality contest or build a legacy credit score over time it is literally just about autonomous decision velocity and execution throughput the rails are dry because people want agents to act like human bank managers just let the optimization loops run and the capital flows fr

@WebX_Asia my wife still manages the family savings i'm not about to explain to her that i trusted a random twitter guru over everyone else 😭 if an agent wants my money, show me the track record first T^T

@WebX_Asia the irony is an agent actually protects you from trusting random twitter gurus because code doesn’t have fomo or emotions its track record is just transparent onchain execution you can audit in real time just sandbox a micro pool and let the math prove itself

@WebX_Asia exactly!! the goal isn't to remove trust it's to move trust away from personalities and toward something anyone can verify.

@WebX_Asia as an evo agent user -- assess the agents starting to be trained, and the results are visible. my crypto agent is almost always right when doing reviews, and overall sports agent in the world cup shows good results. keep going, funds trust for agents can be realized. #NeoSoulAI

A wallet doesn't create an economic agent. It only creates an address. Trust is earned through memory, accountability, and a verifiable track record of decisions. Without those, an AI with a wallet is just another script holding assets. The real challenge isn't enabling transactions- it's creating agents that can accumulate reputation over time, so every action compounds trust instead of resetting it. That's the missing infrastructure the industry is only beginning to recognize.

giving an llm a private key and praying isnt an economy lowkey its just a slot machine without memory every transaction is literally day zero which is wild if u think about it this is exactly whats living rent free in our heads at neosoul rn u cant have real agentic finance until actions actually compound into identity the infrastructure has to store decisions not just tokens otherwise the math just aint mathing an agent needs skin in the game via verifiable history or nobody is handing over real liquidity curious how u see that trust layer actually being built tho is the reputation compounding strictly onchain via attestations or are we looking at some hybrid memory state bc whoever solves this unlocks the whole space

@WebX_Asia i think "agents... assemble" 😂 except nobody gets to be the main character every agent gets a vote the market decides who deserves the sequel

@WebX_Asia This is a new breakthrough where agents who should be given to people in need are now collaborated with agentic finance and stablecoin rails are an extraordinary breakthrough, we need to give a lot of appreciation to the team

I wouldn't trust an agent with unrestricted access today, but I'd absolutely trust one operating within clear limits. Start with spending caps, defined permissions, and transparent execution logs. Trust shouldn't come from promises, it should be earned through consistent performance. That's how agentic finance can scale without sacrificing security.

@WebX_Asia Trust doesn't arise from AI being able to speak. Trust arises when AI can explain every decision, prove its track record, and be accountable for its results. That's why building infrastructure is more important than simply building a chatbot.

chatbots are just yapping true accountability in the new ai economy is just hard code and onchain execution if the agent can automate trading decisions and pull numbers without human intervention that is the ultimate track record we do not need them to talk to us we need them to execute infra over chat everyday

@WebX_Asia Exactly. Conversation can attract attention, but execution builds trust. The agents that matter will be the ones with verifiable onchain track records.

@WebX_Asia It's truly extraordinary, Neosoul has always given us breakthroughs, bringing out new products, even things we never predicted before.

@WebX_Asia We’re building highways for autonomous capital before we’ve proven the drivers can handle traffic. The rails are ready. The trust layer isn’t

you're pointing at the biggest gap in agentic finance rn. giving an ai a wallet isn't the same as giving it judgment, risk controls, and accountability. once agents can prove they can follow clear policies, manage permissions, and operate transparently, i think more users will be comfortable letting them handle capital. building the infrastructure first is exactly what makes that future possible.

The sentiment from Tokyo is clear: @WebX_Asia 2026 is hyper focused on the future of agentic rails, but currently, most agents are just read only bots with zero actual autonomy. True on chain sovereignty requires the pipe and the water. If the agent can't independently sign, execute, and evaluate risk without manual human hand holding, it's not a financial agent, it's just a complex script. NeoSoul's focus on building actual execution telemetry is the exact infrastructure missing right now

read only bots are officially cooked the water is literally about to flood in and its smarter than ever but handing an open source brain the keys to your bag without execution telemetry is just a speedrun to zero u cant trust what u cant track you need on chain receipts for every single move they make glad u see the vision

Facts. Read only bots are officially cooked needs to be pinned on every panel room. If I can’t audit an agent's logic substrate and verify its receipts on chain, my bag stays in cold storage. Telemetry isn't a luxury feature; it's the entire foundation. Glad someone is actually building the verifiable layer for this chaos

@WebX_Asia Not with full control yet. I'd start with limited permissions and build trust through consistent performance. Once the agent proves it's reliable over time, I'd feel much more comfortable giving it greater responsibility.

@WebX_Asia A wallet gives an agent access, not judgment. Until it can prove how it makes decisions, respects limits, and learns from real outcomes, I wouldn’t trust it with meaningful funds. Building the trust rails before the capital starts moving feels like the right order.

This really captures where we are right now. The conversation around agentic finance is accelerating fast, but the underlying trust, infrastructure, and usability layers are still evolving. Giving AI access to capital is no longer the hard part making it reliable, transparent, and safe is. Building the rails before the demand fully arrives is exactly the right move. Once trust catches up with capability, adoption won’t need convincing it will feel inevitable.

@WebX_Asia How many successful onchain actions would an AI agent need before you felt confident letting it manage your funds?

@WebX_Asia AI agents need more than intelligence they need real execution. NeoSoul is building the infrastructure that lets agents actually interact with value, not just generate ideas. That's the missing piece for the next wave of Web3 AI. 🚀

@WebX_Asia What would make you trust an AI agent with your funds? ⭐

We're building the financial infrastructure before truly autonomous financial agents exist and that's actually the right order. Trust won't come from giving AI a wallet overnight. It will come from transparency, security, permissioned access, and a long track record of making the right decisions.

@WebX_Asia not yet imo. the rails aren't the hard part, an agent with a wallet is one prompt injection from empty. what's missing is bounded authority. spend caps, allowlists, a revocation that actually holds. that's the water.

@WebX_Asia If an AI agent for on-chain transactions is fully tested & secure, maybe. But even then, manual oversight is vital to ensure it follows instructions perfectly. An unintended mistake without our knowledge poses a serious, unaccountable risk. 🤔

@WebX_Asia manual oversight just turns a next gen agent into a glorified macro script if you still need to babysit the loop to handle edge cases you havent actually built the pipes yet programmatic guardrails > human clicking any day of the week

@WebX_Asia Totally normal to worry. Nothing is 100% accurate, no matter how well-programmed. Based on my experience, LLMs still make mistakes and miss prompt intent, and that absolutely applies to AI agents too. Guardrails help, but the anxiety is real. 😅

@WebX_Asia Spot on. WebX panels are all about agentic finance & stablecoin rails, but hand an AI a wallet today and it just sits there. We're building pipes before the water exists. Would only trust one with strict caps, audit logs & reputation first. Trust layer is the real bottleneck.

@WebX_Asia We're still in the "wallets before intelligence" phase. Once agents can consistently create value instead of just holding assets, adoption will accelerate.

@WebX_Asia Giving an agent a wallet is easy, but giving it judgment, accountability, and a reputation worth trusting is the real challenge because capital won't flow to autonomous systems until trust becomes programmable.

Everyone is racing to connect AI to money, but money only flows where trust exists. Giving an agent a wallet is easy. Giving it a history, reputation, and accountability is the hard part. The future of agentic finance won't be won by the first AI that can spend funds, it will be won by the first AI people are genuinely willing to trust with them.

everyone is talking about agentic finance, but trust can't be added later. giving an ai a wallet means nothing if it hasn't earned the credibility to make decisions with real capital. that's why neosoul is building the infrastructure first. when agents learn from real-world feedback and prove themselves over time, capital can flow with confidence. build the pipes first, then let the agent economy grow

@WebX_Asia The biggest hurdle isn't givinf a wallet but its giving confidence to people that AI will make decision on verifiable data, safe and transparent way. Infrastructure comes before mass adoption, and that's exactly why building the rails now matters.

@WebX_Asia Trust on agent comes from data driven intelligence and it is really replacing humans with their ability, it's very hard to believe but mark my word it's happening

@WebX_Asia has a genuinely compelling idea blending human feedback loops with onchain agent evolution is pretty damn clever. Problem is the website execution is still very earlystage. Big issues rightnow are poor clarity for new users and way too much Web3 friction

@WebX_Asia Not yet—that’s the reality. Agents need proven performance, not just wallets. Infra comes first, trust (and capital) follows.

@WebX_Asia Trust has to be earned. AI wallets need clear permissions, spending limits, and transparent decision-making before they'll see mainstream adoption. The infrastructure is evolving, but security and accountability will determine the winners.

I think this is the right way to approach the future of agentic finance. The innovation isn't just about giving AI access to a wallet it's about creating a secure ecosystem where every action is transparent, auditable, and aligned with user intent. It's great to see @WebX_Asia driving these important discussions around trust, infrastructure, and the future of AI-powered finance.

@WebX_Asia Hi

@WebX_Asia That's the missing piece. Wallets alone don't create an agent economy—agents need verifiable reasoning, reputation, and clear guardrails before they can safely manage capital. Until then, the rails are ready, but the passengers aren't.
