Donated to the fund. Being fan owned is a challenge for any club and the Mgt team have done a great job to show sustainable growth. Happy to contribute to a club that’s given me and my family so much joy.

I appreciate Jamie it's not the club's fault we're in this position but already a lot of people are struggling with the cost of living and if Season tickets were to go up for season 27/28 it could price a lot of fans out of being able to afford to renew their season ticket

🚨 We often overlook the off-pitch work like club dressing room, Culture, standards, discipline & Experience done by managers and clubs. ‼️ The aforementioned qualities are as important as getting the job done on the pitch aswell, Infact, They make the work on the pitch easier

Here's EXACTLY how to throw a sweeper. Including grips, cues, sequencing & more. In this video, Ryan Flippo breaks down everything you need to know about the sweeper. What it is, who it's for, and how to throw it effectively. We cover the difference between a sweeper, slider, and curveball, how to determine if your anatomy lends itself to the pitch, grip options for both pronators and supinators, release cues, common mistakes to avoid, and how to sequence and use the pitch in a game. Whether you're considering adding a sweeper or already using one, this video will help you understand what it takes to develop the pitch the right way.

.Kitara Football Club (The Royals) silently walk onto the pitch as 𝐕𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 stick to their word and make no show. Minutes later, the Kitara players are on the pitch, playing amongst themselves as match officials look on from the touchline. Stadium remains empty. #SportForYou

Work fast! Pitchers you set the tone on defense! “Toe and Go!” Commit to your pitch, make the pitch, backup to top of mound, catch ball from C and go again. Get rid of the bad habit of walking off mound after every pitch towards catcher, receiving ball from C and walking a mile back to the top of the mound to make next pitch. It’s like watching paint dry and your defense falls asleep behind you. And on top of that… the grass hates you! Always remember, championship teams play with energy. Find ways, as a ball club, to add fuel, not lose it.
